Accommodation was nice and as advertised. Really comfortable beds with clean linen. Comfy for 3 people although would be small for a family of 4. Water pressure was low and as water was heated from a tank there was limited hot water if all wanted to shower/bath on the same day. Had a problem with the shower whilst we were there but Alex was extremely responsive and someone came out to assess the problem within 24 hours and all was fixed within 48 hours. We would recommend this accommodation.

This property is in a quiet cul-de-sac in a great part of Farnborough. Easy access to the M3. The house was clean and the beds were really comfortable. However, we were pestered several times to sign a separate contract (outwith AirBnB terms and conditions) and were told we wouldn’t be able to check in unless this contract was signed. We refused to sign and were called several times to sign the contract. Also, there is no back garden at the property which wasn’t clear from the advert. During our stay, the w/c door locked itself shut. Luckily there was no one inside at the time. We emailed the host but didn’t receive any reply. Overall, it’s a lovely small house but is poorly managed

I loved everything about the accommodation as it was immaculate and had all of the amenities that you could want. Lovely bathroom and 2 good sized double beds with crisp clean cotton bedding. I love sitting outdoors so I think the only negative would be that the patio is in need of repair as the slabs are not level and need a good clean and garden furniture would be nice. Alex was very responsive to all of my questions and I would definitely recommend 👍

The check-in process was simple, and communication with the host was outstanding. The house was cozy and well-equipped for our needs. We stayed for over a month, and everything went smoothly without any problems. The beds were comfortable, but the carpets could do with a good cleaning or replacement The kitchen could benefit from more lighting and a better hob. Everything else was perfect for our needs. Upgrading the bathroom and addressing the carpets would greatly enhance the property. We would consider staying here again in the future.

My father has had a very comfortable and extended stay in this property whilst waiting for his new property to become available due to probate. The property is well cared for, offers everything you need in a quiet, peaceful residential location and the hosts have been perfect. Thank you Alex and Adrian for a great experience. Everything was hassle-free from the booking to the check out. We arrived from South Africa and with all the stresses we had, at least we didn't have to worry about our accommodation! We had a small issue of the clothes dryer being broken, reported it to Alex and the very next day, a new one arrived! The house was clean and set up for a comfortable first night. I would recommend this property to anyone wishing a comfortable and peaceful stay.

The flat is a ground floor small but perfectly formed one bed with a lovely kitchen and plenty of space. There is no clutter and a nice bathroom. the heaters make squeaky noises in the bedroom but in working order. Alex was very helpful and welcoming. The address details were a smidge unclear to me in the checkin email as the building is called 4-5 but the flat is number 1 - Alex cleared this up for me when I messaged to check - the parking space for number 1 is right outside the flat window which is super helpful. Lovely comfy bed, all mod cons and major props as there is a dishwasher as well as a washer drier both of which super handy for a longer stay like mine. Definitely would return, thank you Alex!!

5A Easthampstead Road is a great place to stay if you are only visiting Wokingham for a day or for several weeks. The accommodation was spotless when we arrived and Alex had left very clear instructions and advice. The location of the accommodation is excellent, being in the heart of the town centre with all of the shops and restaurants literally on your door step. Alex was an excellent host. Communication was swift and clear which made staying at the accommodation really easy. I would strongly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Oven dials worn out so had to google the oven make to workout how to use it, internet so bad you couldn’t watch the internet tv channels. Cleaners turned up 2 hours before check out time asking if we can leave so they can get on with cleaning.

The place was perfect in every way, the location only a taxi away from everything you could need. From local shops to Richmond/Kingston on Thames. Bars, restaurants sightseeing etc… The place was flawless highly recommend anyone looking for a place in London to stay this is a gem. We will be back many times throughout the summer 🙏

The property has people living above which can be noisy. There isn’t any parking around the area so it is pot luck if you can find a spot. If you are being dog, you have to walk around the property to get to the front garden to gain access. (Won’t be able to let dogs roam around) The house is clean and tidy and is okay for 3 people living there for a short period of time. There is a small Tescos which is about a 3minute walk from the property and bakeries. Overall the property was good for what was needed.

Generally fine. We needed somewhere to stay whilst our house had work done. This is run by a business and it’s a short term let. At night the road is pretty loud, neighbours can be very noisy at night and the property is furnished at a minimum cost. But overall, it did the job.

We experienced 24 hour lack of heating and hot water on arrival, poor response with unhelpful expectations and excessive written instructions for us to fix the boiler ourselves, and the garden was dirty and messy with over flowing rubbish so we could not use it despite sunny weather. This all pointed to the house not being fully prepared for our arrival. The spare bedroom is tiny and parking space across town. This detracted from our overall experience.

The house itself was lovely - kitchen was well equipped, living room was cosy, property was clean. Easy parking, quiet neighbours, nice local walks. However… The smaller bedroom lacked clothes storage, which wasn’t ideal for a property advertised for long-stay. Also lacked garden which wasn’t explicit in the advert and it was difficult with having dogs. Only 1 set of bedding was provided and the company charged a fee for a change. Management was terrible. The fridge and shower pressure failed early in our stay, and repairs were prolonged and difficult. Management entered property without notifying us (breaking Airbnb rules), but fixed the shower. The fridge took a week to repair and ended with management claiming it was actually never broken and just needed a few “adjustments” (despite their other contractor confirming the fridge was broken when the shower was repaired). This seemed to be a claim with the only aim of devaluing our complaint. Still no reimbursement for lost food 5w on
