  The lawns should have been mowed. The garden was terribly overgrown and it was embarrassing for us living there and very unsightly for the neighbours. Also, there was a lack of crockery and cutlery. More mugs and cutlery certainly needed. It was a nice cosy house though, very quiet and lovely to have the washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedding and towels were of a very good quality too.

  The kitchen and appliances were outstanding. The dining table was big and useful for putting bags and laptops onto as well as for mealtimes. The balcony area was brilliant: plenty of sunlight to dry clothes and sunbake in. The apartment stayed an even warm temperature even without aircon which we didn’t need. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size - plenty of space and storage for clothes and shoes and other travellers’ items. Area is quiet at night but quite a few restaurants, pubs and shops 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

  The place is wonderful The house is new and well equipped There were some problems The mattress was not sleepable, I actually slept on a box spring Every time I got out of the shower or when I cooked, the smoke alarms went off, it was horrible. They only left us one large and one small towel, We tried to do laundry but it wouldn't dry. The same for the sheet on the bed we slept on. The experience was not pleasant The day before leaving, the cleaning staff showed up at my place, luckily I was there that day and not outside, they didn't understand why I was still there. Completely wrong It is not possible to stay there without a car.

  The lodge was great, just as described and shown in the pictures. Although there were a few scuffs and marks it was lovely and clean and comfortable. The location is in a far corner of the site which makes it lovely and quiet but also a fair walk from the main buildings, shop and pool. All in all very comfortable, reasonable value and I'd certainly recommend.

  This Airbnb was exactly what we needed! The location was incredibly convenient, putting us right where we needed to be. Plus, the kitchen was fantastic – well-equipped and a joy to use. We had a peaceful and cozy stay and would definitely recommend it!

  Unfortunately the lack of parking caused major issues with the neighbours resulting in them challenging us and us having to park our car out of sight of the house. Living room needs more couches, we were a party of 4 and there wasn’t really enough space for us all to sit at night together. You really need a better/stronger shower, the pressure is awful, perhaps an electric power shower would be beneficial. The rest of the house is lovely and in a lovely area perfect for where we needed to be. All appliances were in working order. T. V kept buffering but think this might have been to do with the internet connection. No terrestrial t.v channels were available. The double bedroom had no space for drawers/wardrobes meaning we had to use the wardrobe in bedroom 1 which was quite a tight squeeze for all our clothes to fit however we were there for 9 days so would be ok for shorter periods of time .

  Good place for 4 adults and 4 young kids with space and good distance to beach. The place had a few tired patches of decore but nothing effecting our stay. The rear dec was a nice sun trap with lots of space and private. The comms system was good and responsive when I noted a few very slight issues wrong at the lodge.

  The apartment is fantastic! It has an amazing location, right next to markets, cafes, and the station. However, it was a bit challenging to find the apartment’s entrance because it’s a secondary entrance. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. The towels are very good, and there’s everything you need for cooking. However, we found the apartment to be quite dirty. The floor was very dusty, and there were a lot of dog hairs all over. This was disappointing because we had paid for the cleaning service. Apart from that, the apartment was lovely.

  Accommodation was nice and as advertised. Really comfortable beds with clean linen. Comfy for 3 people although would be small for a family of 4. Water pressure was low and as water was heated from a tank there was limited hot water if all wanted to shower/bath on the same day. Had a problem with the shower whilst we were there but Alex was extremely responsive and someone came out to assess the problem within 24 hours and all was fixed within 48 hours.   This property is in a quiet cul-de-sac in a great part of Farnborough. Easy access to the M3. The house was clean and the beds were really comfortable. However, we were pestered several times to sign a separate contract (outwith AirBnB terms and conditions) and were told we wouldn’t be able to check in unless this contract was signed. We refused to sign and were called several times to sign the contract. Also, there is no back garden at the property which wasn’t clear from the advert. During our stay, the w/c door locked itself shut. Luckily there was no one inside at the time. We emailed the host but didn’t receive any reply. Overall, it’s a lovely small house but is poorly managed

  I loved everything about the accommodation as it was immaculate and had all of the amenities that you could want. Lovely bathroom and 2 good sized double beds with crisp clean cotton bedding. I love sitting outdoors so I think the only negative would be that the patio is in need of repair as the slabs are not level and need a good clean and garden furniture would be nice. Alex was very responsive to all of my questions and I would definitely recommend 👍

  The check-in process was simple, and communication with the host was outstanding. The house was cozy and well-equipped for our needs. We stayed for over a month, and everything went smoothly without any problems. The beds were comfortable, but the carpets could do with a good cleaning or replacement The kitchen could benefit from more lighting and a better hob. Everything else was perfect for our needs. Upgrading the bathroom and addressing the carpets would greatly enhance the property. We would consider staying here again in the future.

  Thank you Alex and Adrian for a great experience. Everything was hassle-free from the booking to the check out. We arrived from South Africa and with all the stresses we had, at least we didn't have to worry about our accommodation! We had a small issue of the clothes dryer being broken, reported it to Alex and the very next day, a new one arrived! The house was clean and set up for a comfortable first night. I would recommend this property to anyone wishing a comfortable and peaceful stay.
