Well managed, short stays in SW London, Bucks, Berks & Surrey

Von Anfang an haben wir jede Minute in diesem wunderschönen Haus genossen, wir wären am liebsten viel länger geblieben und kommen so bald wie möglich wieder zurück. Das Haus ist in einer sehr ruhigen und schönen Nachbarschaft, sehr nah am Richmond Park, was für unseren Hund super war und auch London war sehr gut zu erreichen. Von Norbiton Station (10 Minuten Fußweg) war man in 30 Minuten an der Waterloo Station im Zentrum. Das Haus ist sehr frisch renoviert mit schönen und liebevollen Details - man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl. Alles war sehr sauber, die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und bequem - sehr schöne Bettwäsche und kuschelige Handtücher im Bad. Wir haben Urlaub mit unseren beiden Teenager-Töchtern gemacht - auf jeder Etage gab es ein Badezimmer und ein Doppelzimmer, das hat perfekt gepasst. Auf der ersten Etage gab es sogar noch ein zusätzliches Einzelzimmer. Wir haben morgens den Ausblick aus unseren Schlafzimmern geliebt. Auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt freuen wir uns schon sehr!

The room was excellent and exactly as described. It was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended.

Really lovely place, had an issue and they were very responsive to get back and get it sorted, couldn't fault them with anything. Will say the parking is great as it's off the road but is a little bit of a squeeze, but all in all lovely place and great hosts.

Good location near de castel

Great location in Kew, a couple of mins from the station and easy access to London. Place was spotless, it was really easy to access and had everything needed. The place was a great size for four people. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if staying in the area.

We were deeply disappointed with our stay, especially given how expensive the property was. When we arrived, the glass door to the garden was unlocked and broken. We immediately flagged this security risk to the host, who said they would find someone to look at it, but they never followed up or fixed it. We spent our entire trip sleeping and leaving our belongings in a flat that anyone could walk into. The property is also not suitable for young children. There were loose electrical boxes within reach and rubbish hidden in the garden plants, making it unsafe for our toddler. Additionally, the floors were so dirty that our socks and feet were dark brown within hours. Finally, the flat sits right next to a train track with loud trains passing every 5 minutes, making the garden unusable. Between the severe lack of security, cleanliness issues, and safety hazards, we cannot recommend this place.

Great modern apartment. Very safe and private cul-de-sac that was great for parking off road. Careful with delivery of packages, my own fault, but the foxes got to things before I could. Really close to gym, restaurants and shops. Tesco is 5 mins and Aldi is 2 minutes away. Super responsive hosts.

This was one of the nicest Airbnb properties we have stayed in so far, and the property management team was very responsive. However, as soon as we arrived, we discovered that the main door leading to the garden was broken and reported the issue immediately. We stayed for five days, but unfortunately, the door was not repaired during our stay. As the weather was very hot, this made our time in the house rather uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Great place and reasonably priced.

Happy with the airbnb, it was clean, provided really good space for me and my dog (for almost 3 weeks) and the location was good for what I needed (there is also a bus stop 2 mins from the house, which was very handy). Area is clean and nice. It was very hot, particularly upstairs (as I was there during the first heatwave), but the agency was responsive when I’ve asked for a fan

I really enjoyed staying at the property and smart rent hosted it all so well. Would look forward to staying there again. Steve
