Lovley clean modern house. Very comfortable beds. Nice linins. Well equipped kitchen and little touches around the house. It has been well thought out for the purpose of short and long stay guests. Guest control of heating and water. It really did feel like a home. There are multiple play parks around for children and a nature reserve/river walks on the doorstep. We loved exploring the woodland and river. There are several trails that take you into Brookwood, St Johns and Woking. Regular buses and easy transportation. The town center is a short walk away with some delightful cafes and shops. There is easy acess to supermarkets. Overall a 5* experience

We don’t often use Air BNB’s but we found ourself in a situation that we needed temporary accommodation and this place was exactly what we needed and more. I had quite a few questions before I booked and they were able to answer quickly what I needed. When moving small children around it was important for me to make sure they were comfortable and they did thoroughly enjoyed the place. Thank you.

Good Points: Nice & Homely. Quiet & Private. Smart TV with wifi. Fast Wifi. Kitchen with utensils. Comfortable Bed. Towels & Toiletries. Bad Points: Smell of dog/pets. Pet hair on sofa and carpets. House was cold. Electric radiators need to be switched on manually, but did not heat well enough. Complaints: Shower automatically switches off after 5mins until having to wait another 5mins. 2nd day, the water turned cold. One of the team members of Smarter Rent advised someone would visit in morning but I urged needed to be today, which she arranged. The maintenance man was great, we found out the issue was that the hot water was on a 2hr maximum timer and continuous operation was not working, which was very inconvenient as I had to go outside my front door to turn the hot water everytime before using shower/running a bath and takes 45mins to heat up. This is the first time I had any issues with an Airbnb stay and a place being Managed by an estate agent like company.

A well-located property in a quiet residential area. It’s very modern and light inside. The space is comfortable. The staff from the rental agency who own the property are fairly quick at answering queries. There were a few missing things from the listing, but the staff were quick to try to rectify this.

We stayed 17 nights at the property and we appreciate how fast our complaints were attended to by the representative. Overall we love the big space at the apartment, the beds were comfortable and the house is superb if you have kids. However, I will like to mention that this property is located at MAIDENHEAD, you won’t find this out until you book the property. If you are a tourist in the UK like us and you plan on visiting the tourist attractions in London, please know that you cannot work the distance to/from from the nearest station (Maidenhead), so you need a bolt taxi 6.90£ from the property and back 6.90£ to access anywhere. The property is perfect if you have a car or can rent one. All the best.

The house is located in a very quiet residential area. The closest supermarket is 20min by car. Parking on premises. Welcoming house, clean, modern furniture, and stocked with everything you might need to cook. Bed was a bit too soft and springy so not best night sleep for us. Very well decorated and surprisingly dog friendly! When opening directions from the Airbnb app, the address is different from the actual one so make sure to look for the one provided in the "welcoming package". Check in & check out were both super smooth thanks to key safe. Beware that this is a military training area so you will hear shots and grenades throughout the day, although not incredibly loud and more pleasant than e.g., Heathrow.

This is a great house for family. Lots of room for the kids to play and very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, excellent lounge, dining room and office. Beds really comfortable and OK bathrooms. Heating was good and plenty of hot water. Alex and team were very responsive and helpful. A great pub with restaurant just round the corner. Easy access to station in Weybridge with 30 min to Waterloo. Perfect place for us.

check in was 3. however the cleaners arrived soon before 3 and therefore we were not able to go into the place until half past 4. when speaking to the company they didn't care and wouldn't even allow us to check out an hour later due to the inconvenience. I wouldn't stay there again but the house is nice and in a good location. the one shower for up to 8 guests is a little mad too. guess it doesn't have the personal touches of air BnB when a company is running it, and with little care.

Cute and cosy house right next to busy Wokingham high street with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The kitchen had all of the amenities for a long term stay. The mattress in upstairs bedroom could be improved but other than that no complaints from us only big thanks for accommodating us 👍🏻

Good accommodation. Minor repairs needed including dripping kitchen tap. Front door lock handle latch needed repairs. Difficult to lock and unlock using Yale key. Bathroom heated floor lovely. Side entrance and parking at back not very easy due to bins and other cars but manageable. Enjoyed stay very much. great value . nicely presented inside. Very comfortable and warm. We had a great stay for 2 weeks whilst we have a house refurbishment. This property was a home away from home, very clean and tidy, with everything we needed. The property is opposite the woods so very private and quiet. Inside a very comfy bed, great bedding, comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen and bathroom and fast wifi internet. We had a great stay for 2 weeks and also enjoyed numerous walks around the local area including Swinley Forest, so it was a great location to enjoy. I would highly recommend it.

Clean warm cosy and good facilities that met our needs. Alex and team were extremely responsive helpful and polite when I contacted them so all our requirements were met. Very well built, light and airy flat. Luxurious soaps were a bonus as was the quality shower. Great to have separate areas rather than an 'all in one' studio. The Giant TV, definitely a highlight. Highly recommend!

Lovely character house, in a great location - couple of mins from the shops & restaurants, 5 mins from the river. Beautifully decorated throughout, felt like a boutique hotel. Close to the Rowbarge pub but is a quiet local pub and we weren't bothered by noise at all. Hosts were very friendly and prompt to respond if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend!

The house itself is very warm and comfortable. It was very dirty and had not been cleaned from the previous tennant. It was supposed to have had a deep clean and Smarter rent thought this had been done, but it had not. There were many problems resulting in workmen needing to visit frequently for the first 2 weeks which was disruptive Smarter rent did respond and Alex and Heather kindly came round to visit and went through all the problems with us and did rectify these. There was no dishwasher, after alot of to and fro we were given a portable table top one. It was ok but only took x2 place settings and the dinner plates would not fit.They did kindly remove excess furniture we did not need so we could use the smaller bedroom as an office. It was a nice location near the county park which was great for our dog. It is an extortionate price for whats its worth but seems to be the going rate for the area. The neighbours were very helpful and kind.
