If you are looking for a place to relax over a long weekend, or at anytime during the year, and you live in London, this is a place you have to look at! It was a short drive, 1.45 hours from around the Greenford area, and the instructions that Adrian gave us were spot on (we took the wrong entrance as we didn't follow the instructions properly!). Didn't need to contact Adrian about anything, as everything was as described. I would have gone when it was warmer, as it was a prime place to have a BBQ outside, with everything available to us. All in all, a very enjoyable experience, one that I will surely be doing again at least in the same Estate.

This flat is located in a quiet area, it's clean, warm, bright, and welcoming. I appreciate the access to the car park, internet services, TV with Netflix access, comfy couch & standardized amenities (e.g., dishwasher, washing machine, microwave). When I travel back to England I will check out avalibility of this place first. Thank you Adrian!

Excellent location which is very picturesque, plenty of walks to do around the many lakes. The amenities on site are good and family orientated. So many good things to recommend including the spa (remember the pass and don't take it home like I did!), the wild duck pub served excellent food. The house itself is modern and has everything you need and things I wouldn't have expected (a wii console and wine fridge for example). It made for a very good birthday weekend and a place to chill out.

We had a lovely stay at Adrian’s flat whilst visiting London to watch the rugby. Great location for Twickenham and also getting into central London. The flat was clean and tidy. Adrian was great help and responded very quick to all queries. I would definitely recommend.

Great location for quick access to Hitchin train station. My partner and I stayed here for the first month after moving down south before finding a permanent place and found the flat perfect for our needs. Adrian was very helpful and quick to answer any questions and the place was clean and fully kitted. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was adequate for our stay. Everything was new and clean. Contact with the owner Adrian was clear and prompt. Hitchin town center is quite interesting, with lots of good restaurants and individual shops. This is a good place from which to explore the area.

The flat is conveniently located, 5 mins walk to Hitchen station, where there's also a well stocked Tesco Express. However, this does mean that you are close to the train line and can hear trains infrequently. This really didn't bother us or affect our sleep at all (very comfortable bed), but was noticeable. The flat is well equipped and was a perfect base for our trip down for a wedding in the area. The level of communication from the host was excellent. He is friendly and professional and the process for checking in and out was very smooth. Thank you Adrian.

Fantastic location. Very short walk to train station , restaurants and food stores. One short bus ride to Richmond tube station. Prompt communication with the Adrian as he was very quick to respond and most helpful. Would stay there again no problem.

We stayed at this apartment for two nights (2 adults, 1 toddler). It was conveniently located close to the station, it was clean, the kitchen was adequately equipped (but no food at all, eg salt or sugar) and there were plenty of towels and bedding. Overall, the standard was average and we felt it was a bit overpriced (but we have no comparison for the area).

Great location, quick walk to station and well stocked Tesco express, easy 15 min walk into Hitchin centre. The apartment is cosy, clean and well set up. Everything we needed for a great stay! We were a bit worried about train noise but the double glazing is very effective so it was very quiet in the apartment. Adrian is a great host, responds quickly and very helpful. Thank you!

We booked Adrian's flat because we wanted to be close to Twickenham for the London Sevens rugby weekend. It is in an ideal location, with only a 20 minute walk to the ground. Also the surrounding neighbourhood has everything you need, from a few pubs, to a Tesco Express and some great restaurants - we'd highly recommend Ristorante Del Posto, just across the road, which serves fantastic Italian food at a very reasonable price. The flat was very clean, well equipped kitchen and comfy beds (1 twin and 1 bunk bed) - ideal for our requirements. Adrian was very fast with responses and info. Would certainly recommend this property.

Great and spacious ground floor flat to stay when watching the Bath v Leicester rugby match at Twickenham. Flat was in a perfect location with plenty of close shops, cafes and pubs to enjoy in the St Margarets area. Adrian was a perfect host and communication before and during our stay was first class. Would happily stay here again if staying for the rugby at Twickenham or a weekend sight seeing in London.

Good location if you like space but also want to see the city of London. Comfortable home-like feel. Be aware of transit methods of payment so that you do not get stuck. Oysters cards are a helpful asset if staying for four or more days.

Very nice, small two bedroom flat in an ideal position to access Richmond and Bushy Parks, the Thames Path and other walks, and the rest of London via nearby rail station. We did a whole week of walks, and could have carried on for another week easily. Good sized and well equipped kitchen, good sized lounge-diner and double bedroom. This is the owner's flat so there is quite a lot a personal stuff there, but this didn't impede us at all and is very much the AirBnB concept. Excellent!

Lovely flat a short walk from St. Margaret's station. We were there for the rugby and it was a short walk to the ground with some good pubs on the way. Adrian met me as I arrived, showed me round and gave me the key. He was a great host and his flat was lovely.

Fantastic property, exactly as described in fact if anything the description understates what a good location the flat is in (high street shops in under 30 seconds) and what a warm, relaxed and homely feeling the flat exudes. Very nice flat for 2 adults and 2 children, everything you need is there! Very good contact with Adrian who was very helpful. Perfect for public transport, train & bus are a 2 minute walk away. Post Office with ATM, litte supermarket and restaurants reachable within a 5 min walk, perfect ! Big supermarkets 5 min by car away. Highly recomendable. Thanks for our 10-day-stay!
