  Great little place. We booked it while we had builders in ..really worked - lovely and clean, great kitchen (well stocked utensils/crockery etc) Lovely road ..walkable to high street with shops and takeaways Would definitely stay here in the future

  Great to be able to park right by the door, easy to access and secure area. Loved the fluffy towels and cotton sheets. The apartment was spotless and well maintained. Lovely area to be in, just a stroll from the pubs and found Dom Beni a really authentic Italian restaurant just 5 mins away

  Great apartment in Richmond. Very good location only two minutes walk to a large Waitrose, 5 minutes to Richmond station and 5 minutes to the river. You have everything you need on your doorstep. Great neighbourhood also.

  Lovely bright apartment located on the first floor, very clean, full kitchen with lots of pots, pans, cutlery, china and glassware, fridge freezer and washing machine. Bed was super comfy, lots of storage, also comes with one parking space, quiet area, short walk to the bus stop, local shops and restaurants. Loved the apartment, highly recommend.

  Lovely accommodation in a fantastic location near Richmond Park. Perfect for myself and my dog, Radley, to relax and explore the area.   We loved the large rooms, high ceilings and location close to Bushy Park, train and Teddington High street. Kitchen well equiped but compact. Very clean and newly decorated. Off street parking for one car.

  Overall a nice, clean place to stay in a great location. Just steps away from a view of the Thames and Windsor Castle. Less than 10 minutes from Windsor & Eton Riverside and just over 10 minutes from Windsor & Eton Central. The neighborhood is quiet and noise from other tenants did not bother me. The flat is decently sized although any more than two people would get pretty cramped. There were a few nagging issues that the team did their best to address, but still detracted from my experience. Specifically, a very uncomfortable mattress for the first few nights until they had a mattress topper delivered, and unreliable WiFi connection throughout my stay. However, the kitchen is quite nice and well equipped with appliances and cooking supplies, and the bathroom is nice. Overall, the combination of great location and clean, quiet, well equipped flat made this a nice place to stay.

  Ideal home for a family to stay. The place was clean, tidy and full of the essentials needed for a few days. The location is really good as there are many places around the area to take the kids for a day out. An added bonus was the small garden, as my two little ones love playing with their cars on the turf. A great experience and would book again if in the area.

  I am currently staying in a place on Orchard Close. On arrival it was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. I was hoping to extend my stay but unfortunately someone else had already booked it however Smarter Rent quickly found me an alternative accommodation.   Great location and property as was the one we previously had with them. This time the bathroom taps didn’t work which meant no shower/bath facilities all week. Rectified once we left. Were prompt to take payment for additional night disappointingly no response to our request to some recompense for the inconvenience of using the local leisure centre for showers.

  Absolutely brilliant house - exactly what we needed. Beautiful rooms, waterfall showers, lovely garden. Loads of space! The kids were obsessed with the ice and water dispensing fridge - I don't think they've even been so hydrated. The kitchen had everything we needed apart from a pizza cutter but I'm pretty sure the host will get one once they read this review. Would definitely recommend this incredible house and a trip to the gorgeous Virginia Water.

  Very large, beautiful house. Very nicely decorated. Very reasonably priced. It wasn't especially easy to find on Google maps but very impressive once we did. All clean, well thought through services with all the usual (towels, tea, coffee, shower gel, etc). All nice and high quality.
