  Von Anfang an haben wir jede Minute in diesem wunderschönen Haus genossen, wir wären am liebsten viel länger geblieben und kommen so bald wie möglich wieder zurück. Das Haus ist in einer sehr ruhigen und schönen Nachbarschaft, sehr nah am Richmond Park, was für unseren Hund super war und auch London war sehr gut zu erreichen. Von Norbiton Station (10 Minuten Fußweg) war man in 30 Minuten an der Waterloo Station im Zentrum. Das Haus ist sehr frisch renoviert mit schönen und liebevollen Details - man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl. Alles war sehr sauber, die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und bequem - sehr schöne Bettwäsche und kuschelige Handtücher im Bad. Wir haben Urlaub mit unseren beiden Teenager-Töchtern gemacht - auf jeder Etage gab es ein Badezimmer und ein Doppelzimmer, das hat perfekt gepasst. Auf der ersten Etage gab es sogar noch ein zusätzliches Einzelzimmer. Wir haben morgens den Ausblick aus unseren Schlafzimmern geliebt. Auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt freuen wir uns schon sehr!

  Really lovely place, had an issue and they were very responsive to get back and get it sorted, couldn't fault them with anything. Will say the parking is great as it's off the road but is a little bit of a squeeze, but all in all lovely place and great hosts.

  Great location in Kew, a couple of mins from the station and easy access to London. Place was spotless, it was really easy to access and had everything needed. The place was a great size for four people. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if staying in the area.

  We were deeply disappointed with our stay, especially given how expensive the property was. When we arrived, the glass door to the garden was unlocked and broken. We immediately flagged this security risk to the host, who said they would find someone to look at it, but they never followed up or fixed it. We spent our entire trip sleeping and leaving our belongings in a flat that anyone could walk into. The property is also not suitable for young children. There were loose electrical boxes within reach and rubbish hidden in the garden plants, making it unsafe for our toddler. Additionally, the floors were so dirty that our socks and feet were dark brown within hours. Finally, the flat sits right next to a train track with loud trains passing every 5 minutes, making the garden unusable. Between the severe lack of security, cleanliness issues, and safety hazards, we cannot recommend this place.

  Great modern apartment. Very safe and private cul-de-sac that was great for parking off road. Careful with delivery of packages, my own fault, but the foxes got to things before I could. Really close to gym, restaurants and shops. Tesco is 5 mins and Aldi is 2 minutes away. Super responsive hosts.

  This was one of the nicest Airbnb properties we have stayed in so far, and the property management team was very responsive. However, as soon as we arrived, we discovered that the main door leading to the garden was broken and reported the issue immediately. We stayed for five days, but unfortunately, the door was not repaired during our stay. As the weather was very hot, this made our time in the house rather uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was excellent.

  Happy with the airbnb, it was clean, provided really good space for me and my dog (for almost 3 weeks) and the location was good for what I needed (there is also a bus stop 2 mins from the house, which was very handy). Area is clean and nice. It was very hot, particularly upstairs (as I was there during the first heatwave), but the agency was responsive when I’ve asked for a fan

  We had a pleasant stay overall. The house itself was lovely, very clean, and in a great location. It was clear that the property is well maintained, but the kitchen could do with some fresh paint. We enjoyed our stay there however, a few things that could be improved. We arrived late Thursday to find the bins were already full, yet we were asked to take them out on the Friday morning, something I feel the cleaning crew should have done and didn’t seem fair. The bathrooms though lovely didn’t provide any shower gel, shampoo, or conditioner. While this isn’t essential, these small touches would make the stay feel more welcoming. The garden was attractive, but there was no outdoor furniture, so we weren’t able to make use of it, which was a shame. We also found that the TV remote had no batteries. We had to buy our own, and after contacting the host, we were told that batteries aren’t supplied. Given that the remote can’t be used without them, this felt like an unnecessary inconveni

  Lovely stay from start to finish! The house was very spacious and worked perfectly for our family of 7. It was spotless when we arrived, and the hosts made the whole stay feel seamless. There was a heatwave while we were there, and they went above and beyond by bringing extra fans to keep us comfortable. This was a really thoughtful touch that we greatly appreciated.   A great flat in very posh area. We found it easy enough. The 1st thing we noticed were the cars parked around the building, but at no point during our stay were we disturbed by noise. The neighbours were quiet and well behaved. Inside it looks great. The photo of the living room on AirBnb does not do it justice. The kitchen was well equipped [like they claim] with almost everything, better that most AirBnbs. The location is great for Eton AND Windsor too, AND the riverside and fields. Sleep quality and the shower were fine, though we closed the window for the planes which fly low across the whole town. One star deducted for communication... Prior to check-in included mention of an extra form to complete, only to find it was not necessary in our case, which was unclear from the chat. Both the booking and checking email were HUGE, the latter can be perhaps split into a separate guide? And the checkout email arrived a day early at 10AM. Friendly, helpful staff. Would stay again.

  This was easily one of our favourite Airbnb stays. The house was impeccably clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in the heart of Richmond. Everything we needed was within easy reach. But the real highlight was the garden. The photos simply don’t do it justice. It felt like stepping into a private botanical garden — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and an absolute joy to spend time in. We actually found ourselves cancelling plans just to enjoy a few more hours outside with a coffee. It was that special. A truly exceptional stay from start to finish. We would not hesitate to book again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Richmond.

  Great spot, close enough to all the sights of Windsor but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. Good communication from the host, the apartment is looking a little tired in places and could benefit from a lick of paint.   Lovely bright apartment located on the first floor, very clean, full kitchen with lots of pots, pans, cutlery, china and glassware, fridge freezer and washing machine. Bed was super comfy, lots of storage, also comes with one parking space, quiet area, short walk to the bus stop, local shops and restaurants. Loved the apartment, highly recommend.
