Overall a nice, clean place to stay in a great location. Just steps away from a view of the Thames and Windsor Castle. Less than 10 minutes from Windsor & Eton Riverside and just over 10 minutes from Windsor & Eton Central. The neighborhood is quiet and noise from other tenants did not bother me. The flat is decently sized although any more than two people would get pretty cramped. There were a few nagging issues that the team did their best to address, but still detracted from my experience. Specifically, a very uncomfortable mattress for the first few nights until they had a mattress topper delivered, and unreliable WiFi connection throughout my stay. However, the kitchen is quite nice and well equipped with appliances and cooking supplies, and the bathroom is nice. Overall, the combination of great location and clean, quiet, well equipped flat made this a nice place to stay.

The place was above my expectations. Though we haven't had hot water and heating, we were blessed that we get in at Springtime that we didn't need those. It's a quiet area. We feel very comfortable, the place is very clean. I highly recommended the place for a quiet weekends

Ideal home for a family to stay. The place was clean, tidy and full of the essentials needed for a few days. The location is really good as there are many places around the area to take the kids for a day out. An added bonus was the small garden, as my two little ones love playing with their cars on the turf. A great experience and would book again if in the area.

I am currently staying in a place on Orchard Close. On arrival it was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. I was hoping to extend my stay but unfortunately someone else had already booked it however Smarter Rent quickly found me an alternative accommodation. My overall experience to date has been great.

Great location and property as was the one we previously had with them. This time the bathroom taps didn’t work which meant no shower/bath facilities all week. Rectified once we left. Were prompt to take payment for additional night disappointingly no response to our request to some recompense for the inconvenience of using the local leisure centre for showers.

Absolutely brilliant house - exactly what we needed. Beautiful rooms, waterfall showers, lovely garden. Loads of space! The kids were obsessed with the ice and water dispensing fridge - I don't think they've even been so hydrated. The kitchen had everything we needed apart from a pizza cutter but I'm pretty sure the host will get one once they read this review. Would definitely recommend this incredible house and a trip to the gorgeous Virginia Water.

Very large, beautiful house. Very nicely decorated. Very reasonably priced. It wasn't especially easy to find on Google maps but very impressive once we did. All clean, well thought through services with all the usual (towels, tea, coffee, shower gel, etc). All nice and high quality.

The house was really nice. It looks like it's just been totally re-decorated so everything was nice and fresh. The bathroom and kitchen were very nice and spotless. We needed to move out of our house for a couple of weeks while some decoration was carried out and this house was perfect for us. The only problem was it gave me too many ideas of what we could do with our house !

The place was relatively well appointed for London. We had some issues with the washing machine initially but a maintenance person was arranged and resolved. It caused a slight inconvenience as this was a catch up leg of our trip but it was resolved relatively quickly. We would recommend the place for a stay in weybridge with all the proximity to shops and walks etc.

The house is clean and well presented, and with everything included for your stay. The conservatory was empty but there was a table and chairs in the shed if you wanted to bring those in and sit in the conservatory. The house was very warm if not a bit too warm as we couldn’t find the thermostat to turn the heating down so had to use the thermostats on the radiators instead. Everything else was in place for a peaceful stay. Parking is right outside the door and is allotted to the house.

We absolutely love this house—it’s perfect for our family. We might be a little biased, having lived here from 2016 to 2019, but returning this year and being able to stay again through Airbnb felt like such a blessing. It has everything you need to settle straight into everyday life with ease. While the road and nearby train can be a bit noisy at times, you quickly get used to it. The house is well-equipped and makes for a truly comfortable and welcoming place to land.

A few things let this place down. Firstly on arrival, 2 hours past the check in time, the cleaners were still in the apartment and we had to wait outside for them to finish. Secondly we found an extremely dirty plate covered in old food in the cupboard. We raised this to the landlord and their reply was that they will speak to housekeepers, no apology or anything. Thirdly, we sent a message to the landlord to request a later check out due to the apartment not being ready on our arrival, and also highlighting again the dirty plate, and we got no response. It’s a shame as the apartment was nice, but the customer service is terrible.

I had a mixed experience staying at this property. On the positive side, the location is excellent—within walking distance to a train station and very close to a Tesco, which made things very convenient. The flat is also on the ground floor, making it easily accessible and suitable for someone with a disability or wheelchair. The price was reasonable, and initial communication was acceptable. However, there were several disappointing issues. The property was quite difficult to locate, and the instructions provided were unclear. We were unable to find the designated parking space at all, despite following the guidance given. Cleanliness was a major concern. Upon arrival, the beds had not been properly changed, there was leftover rubbish from previous guests, and used towels were left in the bathroom. The toilets were not clean, and overall, the flat did not meet basic hygiene expectations. I had to wash the bed sheets and towels myself before using them. I reported this to Airbnb.
