The house was really nice. It looks like it's just been totally re-decorated so everything was nice and fresh. The bathroom and kitchen were very nice and spotless. We needed to move out of our house for a couple of weeks while some decoration was carried out and this house was perfect for us. The only problem was it gave me too many ideas of what we could do with our house !

The place was relatively well appointed for London. We had some issues with the washing machine initially but a maintenance person was arranged and resolved. It caused a slight inconvenience as this was a catch up leg of our trip but it was resolved relatively quickly. We would recommend the place for a stay in weybridge with all the proximity to shops and walks etc.

The house is clean and well presented, and with everything included for your stay. The conservatory was empty but there was a table and chairs in the shed if you wanted to bring those in and sit in the conservatory. The house was very warm if not a bit too warm as we couldn’t find the thermostat to turn the heating down so had to use the thermostats on the radiators instead. Everything else was in place for a peaceful stay. Parking is right outside the door and is allotted to the house.

We absolutely love this house—it’s perfect for our family. We might be a little biased, having lived here from 2016 to 2019, but returning this year and being able to stay again through Airbnb felt like such a blessing. It has everything you need to settle straight into everyday life with ease. While the road and nearby train can be a bit noisy at times, you quickly get used to it. The house is well-equipped and makes for a truly comfortable and welcoming place to land.

A few things let this place down. Firstly on arrival, 2 hours past the check in time, the cleaners were still in the apartment and we had to wait outside for them to finish. Secondly we found an extremely dirty plate covered in old food in the cupboard. We raised this to the landlord and their reply was that they will speak to housekeepers, no apology or anything. Thirdly, we sent a message to the landlord to request a later check out due to the apartment not being ready on our arrival, and also highlighting again the dirty plate, and we got no response. It’s a shame as the apartment was nice, but the customer service is terrible.

I had a mixed experience staying at this property. On the positive side, the location is excellent—within walking distance to a train station and very close to a Tesco, which made things very convenient. The flat is also on the ground floor, making it easily accessible and suitable for someone with a disability or wheelchair. The price was reasonable, and initial communication was acceptable. However, there were several disappointing issues. The property was quite difficult to locate, and the instructions provided were unclear. We were unable to find the designated parking space at all, despite following the guidance given. Cleanliness was a major concern. Upon arrival, the beds had not been properly changed, there was leftover rubbish from previous guests, and used towels were left in the bathroom. The toilets were not clean, and overall, the flat did not meet basic hygiene expectations. I had to wash the bed sheets and towels myself before using them. I reported this to Airbnb.

We needed a place to stay since we just relocated from Canada due to work. The Kitchen was very modern and functional. I will add a spatula though. The beds were comfy with the exception of the one near the bathroom. I will complain about the backyard which had lots of cigarette butts and the grass was a bit high. The park near by was perfect for my dogs and baby and also the trails. There are restaurants and cafes near by as well as supermarket. In general, the place served it's purpose and it just needs little improvements.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Knaphill. The house was immaculately clean on arrival and very well equipped, with good amenities throughout. It’s located in a lovely neighbourhood, with excellent parks and canal walks nearby, which made it particularly enjoyable. For us, visiting family in the area, the location was ideal and very convenient. Communication from the Smarter Rent team was good. Thank you for a great stay.

We very much enjoyed staying here, the location was absolutely perfect for us visiting nearby family. The bedrooms were spacious, the bedding and towels were spotlessly clean. The kitchen and sitting area were well equipped with the right amount of furniture for the number of guests (which isn't always the case in some AirBnB's we have visited), and it was lovely and warm with plenty of hot water. We particularly valued the private entrance and the opportunity to park right outside the door when loading and unloading our luggage. Thank you.

The house was really nice and spacious, exactly as shown in the photos, and well maintained. Check-in was very easy. The only downside was the kettle, which was low quality and rusty inside. Aside from that, everything else was great, definitely worth the price.

apart from the dirty towels in the bathroom and no bed linen witch we had too go out and buy some £60 it was nice house but the house cleaners should have brought the linen as soon as we reported it but they insisted it was all there until we sent a video then we heard nothing about it we are supposed to be getting a refund?

I was initially skeptical about booking a newly listed property with no reviews, but it turned out to be the best decision! The house is brand new, incredibly clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook and dine, and the bed and bathroom were spotless. The location in Hook is fantastic—just 10–15 minutes from Basingstoke, but with its own local train station and large supermarkets right there. I felt right at home and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to the area. Keep up the great work, Smarter Rent Ltd!

The property was perfectly suited for what we needed. It was clean and well thought out just don’t be over 5 foot 10 for the shower being 6 foot 1 it was an experience 🤣 and it took us a day to figure out the water boiler as my first shower was cold 🤣

The home is absolutely beautiful. Spacious, high ceilings and well equipped. House was heated and comfortable. Garden has full privacy as no surrounding houses. Must be careful driving in and out as fast moving cars were very impatient! Would highly recommend for a group stay. We were two large families and had plenty of space!

From the beginning, there was clear, and quick communication. The house was pristine and really warm. We had a very relaxing time there. There isn't much to do in the area without driving a short while but we definitely recommend heading to Virginia Lake for a beautiful scenic walk. Our son uses a wheelchair and we found that entering and moving around inside the property was very easy, as every room was huge! The kitchen is massive and has everything you could need. Just take food. All in all, we had a great weekend stay here and can recommend it to families and groups of friends wanting to get away for a bit.
