Location - 5 🌟 Design & Comfort - 3 🌟 Cleaness - 3 🌟 Client service & Responsibility - 1 🌟 What we liked: - The small well designed with gray color nice comfortable house. (exactly like on airbnb photos, but maybe 5 years later and in reality house looks smaller). - The house was equiped with everything needed for 2 weeks of living. - amazing forest view from the windows. - 5-7 minutes by walk to park, supermarkets and pub, 7 minutes by car and you are in a Bracknell center with an activities and everything else you can require. Areas of development: - it was very old not good pan; - it seems that it was no proper fresh cleaning of the house, kitchen stuff and bed covering after previous guests with pets - some dirt and black hairs were everywhere (on the bed, at the kitchen, on the sofa and etc) - but the most disappointment was the pressure of the shower. made a complaint but didn't resolve till we left.

sofa was very uncomfortable, this place would be OK for short stays but longer not so good, no spare towels or bedding and the washer/dryer wouldn't just dry something it woukd wash first so after washing bedding and it not being dry put on to dry and it washes again. no bowls for microwave, oven would only turn off on switch, not enough oven pots either. and why there's over 30+ glasses when only 2 people can stay us beyond me. like I said if your on a short stay here it's a great place as probably would have used oven or needed to change bedding etc, but anything longer than a week not so good. also no dishwasher salt or rinse aid in the machine.

A very pleasant stay in a beautiful location. Alex responded to queries within timely manner however very disappointed with lack of action regarding the property not being cleaned despite charging us a £207 cleaning fee. Raised this with the host upon leaving with evidence and as at 11 days after raising we have had no further update on complaint.

A great stay in a lovely place. The accommodation is basic but nice. The location is easily walkable to all local attractions and parking at the hotel up the road (Oscar) is fairly cheap and convenient.

Really nice area, Alex supported my family and I on very short notice with accommodation while visiting family as our original accommodation was not ready for us and wouldn’t be for several hours. Location was fantastic, really private and peaceful. The house was spotless, comfy sofas and plenty of space for a family of 4 to reside for a few days. Thanks for having us.

We had a great stay at this place. A short drive to Farnham town center (which is lovely), train station (with easy access to London Waterloo), and easy access to A3 & M3. There is a supermarket within walking distance. The property is in a quiet residential area, was very clean and as described. Was equipped with all the essential supplies. Thank you, Alex and team for your prompt communication and making our stay seamless.

Always adore going to Lower Mill so even in the depths of winter it didn’t disappoint! The house was great with an amazing view over the lake. It was clean and tidy and our only slightly negative observation was that it feels a bit tired and unloved and could do with a bit of a makeover. Otherwise everything was smooth and easy and we had a great little break.

Lovely location, nice size cottage decorated nicely. Limited kitchen equipment I.e baking trays Beds and pillows very comfortable. Lots of unexpected admin after booking through air bnb. After booking they contacted me and asked me to sign a ‘tenancy agreement’ consisting of multiple pages. Many rules with the threat of extra fees in any were broken. Would not provide check in details until this was signed.

Hello, it is a warm and beautiful house, a bit small but beautiful and close to everything around you and the train station is a 10-minute walk. I liked the hostel as shown in the pictures and thank you for everything.

Lovely house. Exactly like the photos and super clean. Had everything that I needed including the kitchen. I was able to cook Boxing Day dinner for 6 using only what was in the house. Lovely enclosed garden suitable for my pooches too.

The house suited our needs perfectly . It was spotlessly clean and warm, with everything that we needed. The house was dog- friendly and easy access to the common land at the back was great first thing in the morning; The instructions which we received in good time were very clear and when we needed to contact Alex at the time of our booking, he was very responsive (we had no problems so had no need to contact him during our stay). We really enjoyed our stay in Henley and the house is in a good location. The garbage bins were full outside when we arrived and over full when we were leaving, so the cleaning team need to empty after each stay? Otherwise all was good! Thank you.

I’ve stayed at these apartments before and I really like them. The location is perfect. I’d love to give 5 stars (as I have previously) but my apartment was missing a hairdryer which is listed in amenities and although I contacted the host they didn’t find a solution so I had to purchase one myself which I have left there. Hope this can be sorted in future as otherwise everything was great. Thank you.

Everything was perfect. Only thing was that the shower in the second bathroom didn’t work, but Alex was quick to respond and offered to help, I was content just having a bath, though. Clean, spacious, and you always have a spot to park, enough to fit a big 7 seater. 5/5

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely flat. We had a very rough check in experience where the keys were not where they were supposed to be and the people in charge were not clued in on how and where to find them. It was disorganised and difficult, and quite unpleasant coming straight from a long overseas flight. The confusion lasted about an hour and involved a neighbour and several phone calls. The day after our check out, we received a call from the admin team to ask about the keys location. The new guest was having the same experience, so despite having gone through a long confusion about key location with us, the check in information was not updated, nor were the rental agency employees, with the right location/password of the key. Overall we had a pleasant stay. We hope they will resolve the check in problems and communication issues for future guests.

Quite a good location but I think the building was unoccupied for a while as it felt cold and the carpet felt damp. There were stains on the carpet and curtains from previous tenants. I don’t think the cleaners had cleaned very well upon our arrival. And the property clearly not checked for next guests. We had no hot water for 3 days, upstairs bedroom heater wasn’t working, dishwasher was blocked and extractor over hob was not in use. Found out it had never been connected. We were supplied a floor standing heater within a few days, hot water got sorted out also after 4 days and an electrician arrived only to be told that the property needed a new heater and extractor needed connection. Towels and bedding looked new although there was only one set of each and our stay was for 3 weeks. Wi-Fi very hit or miss. There was a parking spot but local residents complained to us that previous guests didn’t use the allotted space. Oven dial mode worn away so had to guess how to use.
