It would be better to have more detailed instructions for some of the electrical appliances e.g the oven, heater etc. It would ease the turn around time for conversations. some noises in the small room throughout the day and night (informed manager who also no idea about the noise)

Had to book somewhere last minute as our previous Airbnb cancel us literally 12 hours before our check in time. Clean, spacious, just like home! Lovely kitchen ! Everything we need was provided! ( I was worried there will be no washing up liquid/we needed to use washing machine - washing up liquid and detergent was provided too!)

On a quiet street, this house is perfect - it looks small from the outside but opens up to a squeaky clean, airy space, with plenty of room. There’s a wonderfully well-appointed kitchen with French doors to what must be a charming garden with patio in the warm weather. Two good size bedrooms upstairs and a full bath. Plenty of outlets and good WiFi. Dedicated parking is a short walk in an adjacent street though we found street parking, too. A short, 5 minute walk to restaurants (we loved Limoncello and Taj), coffee shops, small supermarkets, and the station and buses.

We loved our stay here, the property was clean, well furnished and comfortable. Even our cat loved it <3 Note that the road is very busy, and the property can be a bit tricky to find until you sort out some landmarks to help know where to turn in. It is conveniently located close to Maidenhead and Windsor towns, with easy access to motorways. Highly recommended.

Nice spacious house. Plenty of space for all of us. Because of size of the house, it took a long time to warm up. Bear in mind if you’re arriving late. Upstairs loo was broken. A plumber did come to fix it the next day but was an inconvenience when we are only there for a few days. Bathroom smelt pretty bad for the whole stay. Ad says there is a dryer. There isn’t. Asked about this. Was told they would look into it. Never heard anything back about this.

Alex’s place is ideal if you are visiting Eton or Windsor - centrally located just off the Eton High Street. Private, comfortable and spacious with all that Eton and Windsor has to offer on your doorstep !

I stayed in the house for over a month with my dog Daisy. The proximity to Swinley Forest is great for dig walks and runs. It goes on for miles. The property itself is at the end of the cul-de-sac and very much feels like the middle of suburbia however the green spaces near by make up for this. Alex and the team managing the property were always quick to respond on any issues. I would unlikely stay here again as it's not the right “feel” for me but for its proximity to Swinley Forest and if that's what you're looking for then Id recommend it.

very nice place, newly decorated to a very high standard. very clean. ideal for my requirements. there is no allocated parking, car park was full however I parked on the main road and which happenedto be even closer the house. I'll definitely book again if I go to Woking

The property itself was stunning, exactly like the photos. I needed some R&R after moving countries recently and hopping about… this was quiet, everything inside was new, good shower pressure & it is a nice warm property. It was nice to have somewhere with a living room, kitchen & washing machine, plus a workspace. Please note this is not a ground floor flat - it is on one level, but you need to climb slightly slippery & uneven outdoor concrete steps behind other flats and go through a gate. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. There were a few minor things missing that would make it a 5 star stay which I have recommended to the lister. I would stay here again as it suited my needs, I had a comfy sleep and enjoyed the serenity and privacy.

The cottage is cozy and warm and in the centre of Henley. Beds are very comfy and warm. Easy to walk to shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes of which Henley has many. Also within walking distance of large Waitrose food store. There were only 2 of us and kitchen had a few utensils but cooking for 4 would have been difficult without washing dishes all the time. Parking is not on the premises but 0.5 miles away by the station so you need to plan drop-off and pick-up around this as it involves 15 min walk. Street is one-way road with double yellow lines except for a couple of spaces which seemed to be permanently occupied by other residents or pub visitors.

I wanted somewhere for my partner and me to stay with my little dog, to be near my elderly father nearby. The eco-house was perfect. Thanks to the eco-heating, we were never too cold or too hot. The layout of the house and the furniture made it so comfortable, and the interior design was bright yet relaxing with muted colours. Everything was spotless and well-ordered. The neighbours loved our rescue dog and were welcoming. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this superb house. Thank you, Alex!

The house is a very nice home to stay in. The surrounding is peaceful and private. All of us liked it and would go back again if the water pressure is improved. Otherwise, only one of 2 bathrooms can be used to shower at any one time.

We stayed at Alex's place for 2 weeks whilst our home was being renovated. The house is in a nice, quiet area. Everything was very clean. Everything you would need with the exception of a few minor kitchen items. The house was suitable for our needs and we would be happy to stay here again.

The house matches description and is perfect for a couple of nights stay. The bedrooms are well sized with comfy beds and bathroom is tight but has a bath. We had some issues that dampened the stay, especially given the cleaning charge, which we hope to be resolved soon. Otherwise had we not had those issues I’d argue that it was a steal, generally clean, with clean bedding, towels and we’d be extremely happy with the stay.
