We had a lovely time staying at this property. The house is very comfortable & convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable. The linens were a crisp brilliant white. It was the perfect base for us who stayed with our 2 young children and my husband’s parents. The Christmas tree was such a nice touch! Location is good. Very close to Richmond park. Kingston shopping area is 15 min walk or quick bus ride / Uber. Getting to central London was easy but took time via the tube from Richmond station (bus or Uber to it) or via train from Norbiton Station (walk/bus). The communication with hosts was great once we got in touch with them - they’re all very lovely & accommodating but confusing how to reach them with different channels and people - few phone numbers, emails , the app… not as responsive through app as with other channels. Overall it was lovely!

Tout était parfait ! Le logement est cosy, très propre, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé. Tout a été pensé dans le moindre détail. If you are looking for a family get away with all the comforts of home I can highly recommend this lodge! Loads of space (it’s huge) and so much storage for our family of 6, plus Labrador. Everything you need is included. lovely soft towels, crisp bedding, cleaning supplies, really well stocked kitchen, hairdryer, games, even crabbing stuff! The location is perfect for walking to the beach, and the kids loved fishing at the lake opposite the lodge. The clubhouse is so nice with a decent menu, great entertainment and really lovely staff. The onsite shop’s ok, but aldi and Tesco are only a 5 min drive away. The management team are extremely helpful and respond almost immediately to any queries you might have, the best iv experienced on air bnb actually. The WiFi was good (a must for my teens!) we took our firestick which worked well in front room TV. I would definitely recommend this property and return without hesitation.

This house felt like our home. My mom came to visit us for a week from Portugal. We all fell in love with it. The decor is on point, this house is definitely a home. A lot of love put into it. You can tell. Whoever owns this house should be very proud of it. I felt like I was in paradise. The light that comes in the house is breathtaking. The garden is massive and well looked after. The books are literally something my dad would've read. I loved every details. I must've taken over 30 pictures of details in that house, it is that beautiful. Even the little details. If this house was a person it would've been a great host. We honestly looked after it like it was ours, wholeheartedly. The views are incredible. I couldn't hear any noise even though it's on a main road. The amenities are lovely and helpful. Some parts of the house reminded me of back home (Algarve). We felt right at home. Literally. I'm sitting down day dreaming about this house. I'm honestly heartbroken that we've left.

Great place to stay with everything you need within the home itself. Lots of storage space both upstairs and downstairs. I stayed there for a month by myself and I felt very safe. Lots of supermarkets around ie Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Aldi. Good location to motorways. 10-15 minute drive to Ascot racecourse. Bus stop right outside the house. Nice big garden, would be great for use in the summer. Ample car parking outside on the estate, never had a problem parking outside the house.

We all really enjoyed our stay at Homestead & will definitely look to book again. The only complaint we would have is that the rug in the lounge kept on riding up which posed a risk of somebody tripping over it. One of our party did actually trip over it several times but thankfully they didn't receive any injuries. Would definitely look at that before somebody does obtain an injury. Everything else we could not find any fault with. Would agree with a previous review, it is dated & could do with quite a lot of updating. More so on the ground floor then the upper floors. But having said all the above, we would definitely book again.

Had a great stay with family over Christmas. Only thing was no wine on arrival as shown in pics and was not able to watch normal TV only Netflix and couldn't figure out how to get it working. Everything else was lovely. Would recommend and will be staying again.

Overall, a “ok” stay. The following additional information might be useful to you, subject to your own circumstances: 1. It is very small. 2 small bedrooms upstairs, and only one bathroom downstairs. Advertised as such, just it is small if you have anything more than a couple/couple with a single child. Bedrooms small. 2. Noisy neighbors. We were out most of time so not an issue, but at times I can say they were very loud both sides - dogs, kids etc. 3. The parking - note the space they offer is quite a walk (in the rain). Googl maps suggests 9-10 minute walk. Upon first arrival, we were forced to park at the paid parking and as someone was parked in the "free" space. We had to do the same for a few more nights. We have been working to get refund, gave bank details and then suddenly said they would not refund parking costs. If you’re happy with a walk, parking should be ok. Disappointed by outcomes. Overall pretty average place to stay.

What a beautiful place to stay. So spacious! Very happy kids with the WiFi and bonus there was a travel cot and high hair as we didn’t have enough room in our car for them. Definitely would stay again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this pristine flat in a fantastic location. The proximity to nice walks and the town centre, just minutes away, added to the overall convenience. However, note that the garden/courtyard isn't private, and if you're a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs as you can hear everything from the other flats. Great insulation from outside noise however. Helpful and responsive hosts/management company. Overall, great experience and would definitely stay again!

I stayed for 2 weeks whilst working in the area… Well worth the money, I have stayed in many places in this area but this place is definitely the best value so far.. Comfortable beds, decent shower, pretty much everything you need is there, Alex is extremely helpful from start to finish. I would recommend this place if asked..

Lovely place and we had a great time with 8 adults and a dog. Kitchen utensils were basic but if you intend to only cook from the property you are constantly washing up, liquid provided. No soap in the ablutions. We didn’t find the freezer or washing machine/drier until day 2. Very minor points indeed. Beautifully warm in arrival and throughout. Constant supply of hot water for eight adults for three days. Plenty of comfy seating in the living room. A wonderful stay for us all. Thank you.

It would be better to have more detailed instructions for some of the electrical appliances e.g the oven, heater etc. It would ease the turn around time for conversations. some noises in the small room throughout the day and night (informed manager who also no idea about the noise)

Had to book somewhere last minute as our previous Airbnb cancel us literally 12 hours before our check in time. Clean, spacious, just like home! Lovely kitchen ! Everything we need was provided! ( I was worried there will be no washing up liquid/we needed to use washing machine - washing up liquid and detergent was provided too!)

On a quiet street, this house is perfect - it looks small from the outside but opens up to a squeaky clean, airy space, with plenty of room. There’s a wonderfully well-appointed kitchen with French doors to what must be a charming garden with patio in the warm weather. Two good size bedrooms upstairs and a full bath. Plenty of outlets and good WiFi. Dedicated parking is a short walk in an adjacent street though we found street parking, too. A short, 5 minute walk to restaurants (we loved Limoncello and Taj), coffee shops, small supermarkets, and the station and buses.

We loved our stay here, the property was clean, well furnished and comfortable. Even our cat loved it <3 Note that the road is very busy, and the property can be a bit tricky to find until you sort out some landmarks to help know where to turn in. It is conveniently located close to Maidenhead and Windsor towns, with easy access to motorways. Highly recommended.

Nice spacious house. Plenty of space for all of us. Because of size of the house, it took a long time to warm up. Bear in mind if you’re arriving late. Upstairs loo was broken. A plumber did come to fix it the next day but was an inconvenience when we are only there for a few days. Bathroom smelt pretty bad for the whole stay. Ad says there is a dryer. There isn’t. Asked about this. Was told they would look into it. Never heard anything back about this.

I stayed in the house for over a month with my dog Daisy. The proximity to Swinley Forest is great for dig walks and runs. It goes on for miles. The property itself is at the end of the cul-de-sac and very much feels like the middle of suburbia however the green spaces near by make up for this. Alex and the team managing the property were always quick to respond on any issues. I would unlikely stay here again as it's not the right “feel” for me but for its proximity to Swinley Forest and if that's what you're looking for then Id recommend it.
