Lovely 2 bed house in quiet cul de sac. Stayed here 3 weeks with wife and 2 kids whilst own house was being renovated. House was cosy and had all the essentials for an enjoyable stay. Very friendly and helpful host - I would recommend property!

I visited with my family for 2 nights and I must say we absolutely loved the home so much that my 3year old and 7 year old daughters did not want to go back home! It felt really spacious, bright,clean and cozy. The self checkin was simple and easy and the house is conveniently located and just a short drive to Windsor castle. Our hosts also left us with enough basic supplies e.g tissues, tea bags, dishwashers liquid etc. Thanks so much! I would definitely recommend this place for any family looking 😀

Good sized home, well located house with parking down the side street. Enough space for the four of us for a few weeks. Comfy beds and good quality bed linen and towels. Slightly disappointed on arrival to lots of rubbish left outside, dirty toilets and broken dishwasher but Alex and his team were quick to get cleaners back to the property to fix various small issues we had. Mainly with the old and tired bathroom, which really should be replaced. It also needs a better selection of kitchen utensils. This is a lovely house, but it just needs some TLC. Despite these negatives we had a good stay and it's an ideal base for central Maidenhead, the house is warm and bedrooms nice and clean.

The house was lovely. Very clean so I don’t agree with previous reviews. Only negative is the house is advertised at 1.5 bathrooms and there is only 1 main bathroom upstairs so no downstairs toilet. Virgin media WiFi was down in Cambridge which is not the landlords fault but was abit annoying. Everything was easy in terms of checking in and out and putting the heating on (important factor at this time of year) lots of helpful check in documents was a nice touch. I would use this landlord again.

The property was spotlessly clean, well equipped tastefully decorated and very central. I was disappointed that the allocated parking space was about half a mile walk away. Overnight free parking close by however in Waitrose car park 6 pm- 8 am.

Travelled down to Henley for a wedding at the weekend with our dog. I chose the property due to it allowing pets. The property was fantastic, and just what we were after. Unfortunately it was all overshadowed due to having no electric and therefore heating for half of our stay (less than ideal when trying to get ready for a wedding in November). The communication from the hosts was very poor. I tried to report the issue via a message on AirB&b (it said the message was read too), I phoned them twice, leaving a voicemail and sending a text message but heard nothing back for around 10 hours. The electricity did come back on the following afternoon but went off again the following evening. This was followed up by workmen in the street drilling until 2am. I have never left a negative review before but even when trying to follow up with the hosts after our visit, they don’t respond. Really recommend the property, if only there were alternative hosts.

We have stayed at this property a couple of times. It has everything we needed. The excellent non-stick pans deserve a special mention! The team are brilliant and were very helpful when we left something behind. They kept the item safe and delivered it back to us within a couple of days. We have booked other properties with this team that have been of the same high standard. We definitely recommend.

The place is at a really great location. The house is good overall but we discovered that needed a bit of a maintenance on the first day. Our’s was a long stay so we didn’t mind to wait a bit to get them done. With a sofa fix that needs to be fixed and frequent maintenance - this’ll be a great place.

Spent a month in Hitchin and found this accommodation lovely. It was located within walking distance to town centre and had a cozy feeling inside of it. I would definitely recommend the apartment. Only thing they could do better is to not have 2 single beds put together as one king size, it creates an annoying gap in the middle. Other than that, it was a lovely place.

Finding somewhere with four bedrooms was a huge bonus, the property did not feel like a holiday park home, more like a bungalow. It was well equipped, spacious, homely and the games provided were a fab way to spend some rainy evenings. The park itself was spotless with friendly staff and a lovely pool. We would stay again.
