Perfect home, perfect location, walking distance from all activities we wanted to do. Truly recommend staying here, I look forward to hopefully coming back again. Only negative, service isn’t the greatest in the water park, so can be very tricky trying to find the place initially!

Stayed a couple times on different occasions. Really nice apartment and suited to two people. We pushed it with newborn which was a bit more awkward with a pram and the stairs to the apartment. Lovely surroundings and within walking distance to local attractions. We’d happily stay again.

I rate this property with an average score because there were many things that should been taken into consideration for the price we paid. The photos were beautiful but I was quite disappointed with the hospitality. Here is a list of things that the property lacked: 1. Hand soap 2. Extra blankets 3. Extra toilet paper and paper towels 4. Hangers 5. Bathroom and full sized mirrors 6. Replacement fuse for microwave 7. Foil paper and Saran Wrap 8. Breaker location instructions 9. Disinfectant cleaners/bathroom and house cleaners 10. Bathroom towel racks 11. Extra oven mitts 12. Serving of dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent was low for the number of guests 13. Squirrels had access to roof from the outside 14. Owner cancelled and postponed appointments for maintenance during our stay 15. Parts of house is dusty with a lot of spider webs; we had to kill 3 spiders in the first floor bathroom. 16. Beds and pillows are not comfortable Overall the property was okay but not the best.

The location is great with parking space. Less than 10mins walk to Windsor Castle and and nice restaurants. Alex is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended.

Stayed for 2 weeks while working in Ascot. Area was great for walking the dog, neighbours were friendly but kept to themselves. Location worked for us. Great space for a self catering work trip, and allowed me the freedom to make myself at home. Would boom again.

Had a great stay in this location. Only marked the property down slightly as, the cooking utensils where dirty (pots and pans) which we did communicate this with the hosts and they were really sorry about the issue.

The house is very smelly and rundown. All items in the kitchen were grubby; for example, the cheese grater still had cheese on it, cups had stains, and oven trays still had food on them in the cupboard. The toilet seat was also completely broken. We messaged the host, who quickly responded and tried to organize a handyman for the toilet, but they were not available. We were also offered another clean, which we decided against since we were leaving the next morning and had our stuff around. The location is good. It's about a 30-minute walk into the center of Cambridge and close to some nice restaurants and stores.

Some issues with cleaning rotas on check in, that were rectified by the team. They were friendly once contacted and did what they could to help us settle in, however given this was a honeymoon stay we were very disappointed by the experience. Location great, we are local anyway so knew the spot would be good, and it was nice to be able to show our friends around!

The lodge is spacious and very well presented. It is on a large holiday park, however, it is situated in a very quiet and peaceful area well away from the more crowded part of the site. The on site facilities, indoor pool, spa, restaurant bar, shop are quite a walk away but an easy short drive, all modern and well cared for. Site staff were friendly and helpful. The walk to the beach is quite a long way, not easy for less mobile people, but there is a short cut to the left of Amberwood which cuts of quite a bit of the walk. We had never been to a holiday park before but thoroughly enjoyed it and are looking forward to returning next year. Our party was 4 Adults (2 of which have some difficulty with walking longer distances being of more mature years) and a 3 year old child, we all had a very relaxing holiday.
