Lovely house with modern decor and very clean & tidy. Checkin was very easy with clear instructions provided beforehand. Quiet location with a lovely garden to enjoy the warm weather and it was great to park just outside the house.

If you bring a family to visit Windsor, this flat is a great choice. It is close to many eateries and 10 mins to the train station. Lovely!

This was a very last minute booking for birthday celebrations with the family due to another property not being available last minute. Abbie was great and so quick with her response and helpful information allowing us a quick change and booking of this wonderful house. The house was fantastic with the most amazing views, simply stunning! House itself was lovely and spacious with everything we needed for a great stay. The spot on the lake was absolutely perfect. The house itself was lovely and clean with everything in the kitchen you would possibly need if you chose to stay in and cook. The resort of Lower Mill Estate was absolutely stunning with lots to do in a peaceful and relaxed environment. The spa and pools were fantastic, the weather helped! We will most definitely be back!

We loved this quirky little home! great location if you like walking. It was great having parking paid for in the car park by the station . Would recommend and stay there again.

The location worked out perfectly. My Daughter had a work placement at Nine Mile Vet Hospital. She could walk to work in 15 mins. Also near shops and a 10 min taxi to train station so she was able to visit family and friends easily.

flat was lovely and location great, however by being provided with the incorrect car park access code meant that we also could not gain access to the flat entrance keys that were in a key box in the parking space. We only obtained the correct code from another occupier and being 9pm at night this took a while and delayed access by 30 minutes.

Stayed here with my family and the pictures do not do this place justice. It’s beautiful in the most beautiful location. Short drive into town where you can find lots of good pubs and restaurants along the river. The house itself was lovely with fresh linen, enough towels & hangers for all & plenty of space for all. Can’t wait to return again one day! :)

Communication with SmartRent was great - Abbie was very attentive and we were grateful of an early check in! Although we were aware we asked for an earlier check in (we only arrived an hour before usual) - we were surprised that the carpets were sopping wet in some places, meaning we couldnt take our shoes off for around 2 days. A few of the bedrooms also smelt noticeably of smoke and living room had a smell of body odour stuck in the cushions (must of been previous renters). The house its self lacks some homely touches -such as no tea or coffee was provided or even a welcome pack which would of been nice after a 7 hour drive, but not the end of the world. House is described on air BnB for families but they do not provide any travel cots or anything for children in the house - so please note if travelling with babies/toddlers like us. Slightly overpriced for how basic it is but overall happy with our stay! Big beds and lots of space!!

Another excellent stay in Alex's property. We did have a minor issue with the hot water which was rectified promptly especially as it was a Bank Holiday with great communication throughout. A great place to stay with great places to visit within walking distance. Look forward to our next stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It is spacious, clean and convenient. Kitchen amenities were quite extensive and high end, making it enjoyable to cook. there’s also a yard with one of those fancy barbecue grills though we didn’t get to use it. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 with air conditioning. Alas, we used only one, which made us feel like we didn’t take full advance of the home. Great host, great stay and definitely hope to return when we are next in London for a month.

Lovely lodge within Shorefield Country Park housing four adults and four children comfortably. Private location but near to the fishing lake and walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed our time here and made some lovely memories.

Lovely big house in a gorgeous setting. The house was in great condition and had a real home from home feel. Lovely big bathrooms, big beds, lots of sofas and multiple dining choices. Only minor niggles were that there is no enclosed garden and no freezer.

I highly recommend Alex’s gorgeous maisonette! It was beautifully furnished, spotless with a full kitchen complete with oven and microwave so you can have that real home away from home feeling. It is also located in a great family friendly neighbourhood with lots of greenery and easy access to all High Wycombe/West London has to offer. Check in was very easy, Alex was super responsive, helpful and welcoming - I accidentally locked myself out and I had a reply back from the host in no time to save the day. A wonderful experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
