I had a peaceful stay, the kitchen was well equipped and I felt like at home. The bed and towels were fresh prepared for my arrival. I would definitely stay there again.

For the most part, we had a nice stay at this apartment. It has a good layout and was very quiet. The biggest issue was that the internet and television service wasn’t working upon check in and continued not to work for the duration of my stay. I had to use my cell phone phone which made the administrative tasks I was there to complete very difficult. The host was apologetic and responsive and after some time provided a hot spot to provide some help, promising to have the larger issue fixed, but despite the fact that I stayed for 5 nights the issue was never resolved. After checkout I asked for some compensation for my trouble and the host ghosted me and never responded.

Responsive team. Very helpful butHouse needs general maintenance. Picture fell off wall. Food bin outside full of maggots, no evidence of promised deep clean. Snail/slug trails on lounge carpet. Cooker/microwave/washing machine dirty. No plug in bathroom sink. Lighting throughout house not adequate. Light bulbs need more wattage. Lounge sofa very uncomfortable and TV no set channels. Pot luck to find them. We’re given half cleaning bill Back as compensation which was accepted but it really should have been the full amount in view of the issues. However, the house fulfilled our purpose as we had moved up from Devon, prior to moving into our new home

I stayed at Alex’s place for two months while relocating for a new job. The house is perfect for this situation, everything needed for a really comfortable long term stay is in place. It is a really homely place in a great location. Alex and team couldn’t have been more helpful in welcoming me and checking that everything was ok during my stay. Highly recommended.

Really liked our stay, to the point where we have extended it twice! Alex and co have been very friendly and responsive, and the house is lovely - beautifully appointed, spacious, big TV with great sound, well appointed kitchen and the beds are huge and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

A very well equipped lodge in a peaceful location within a short walk of the beach. Decent size bedrooms ( the main with en-suite was very big ) and a living area that was perfect for a large extended family group to socialise in. Will definitely visit again when returning to the area.

We absolutely LOVED staying here! As soon we set our eyes on that gorgeous view our jaws dropped. This is the perfect family getaway, with a beautiful lake setting and endless activities, there’s something for everyone. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning!

We were looking for a spacious house to stay with another family of four, in a nice area and this place didn’t disappoint. Loads of room, all four double bedrooms either en-suite or across to a family bathroom (so one bathroom per room), comfy beds, nice kitchen. The garden is quite small, but with the front garden as well the kids had plenty of space to play (and it was an excellent house for hide and seek!). Recommend Kingfisher on the Quay and the swimming/paddleboarding lake only 25 mins walk or 6 mins drive away. We had a lovely time!

Great place to stay. Perfect location walking distance to Windsor castle and the Windsor shopping / restaurant area. Beautiful strip of river for walks very close. Neat and tidy inside. Just one thing, there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. The listing gave the impression it was a first floor unit. It was fine for us but could be an issue for others.

We were stuck in Reading without a place to stay. We needed a place to rest and recuperate from being ill. This property came up with a discount and we snapped it up. It was exactly what the doctor ordered: very comfortable and clean, near to center of town and very close to the Waitrose where we could get what we needed. Mostly we slept on the very comfortable beds and pillows and were infinitely grateful. When able we walked about Henley and enjoyed the Thames path. Definitely the right place to stay in Henley, even if you aren't feeling ill like we were!

The team at smarter rent took really good care of us during my parents stay at the property in Eton. There were a few niggles early on which were promptly sorted and we felt at home thereafter until the end of our stay. I highly recommend Turks Head Court in Eton to anyone looking for a medium / longer term stay.

The location was beautiful and very relaxing. There is much to do in the estate, such as kayaking or visiting the spa. The home was also beautiful, mostly very clean and had a great view of the lake. One thing I would mention is the additional bedding wasn’t clean (full of stains etc) but wasn’t a huge infringement. overall a highly rated stay :D

We had a lovely stay at Cobblestones. It was perfect for our family holiday. We had planned to have a restful time walking on the beach and in the forest with our two dogs. The enclosed garden was perfect for the dogs one of which is a mini dachshund and a bit of an escapologist! So all good there. The cottage was well equipped and clean . I would recommend this for a family stay.

we really enjoyed our one month stay! There was an unpleasant dog smell in the house when we checked in, however when informed, the agency arranged for another cleaning service immediately. Definitely recommend the place as it is near to the city center, train station and all prominent places.
