Overall ok. Might be worth saying that the stairs to get to the appartement are very steep. A dishwasher would be useful. Finally, the cleaning lady was very impolite.

Very comfortable, clean, close to Kew Garden tube station, there is Kew Retail where you can buy kitchen items and cook at home. I did research at The National Archieve and indeed this house is in the best location. Most like the big kitchen, very comfortable mattress and pillows like in a 5-star hotel.

Lovely house fully equipped , had a problem with the bathroom that she helped with quickly. The only thing I would say is that with a dog it would have been good to have the outside area fenced off.

The accommodation is in a lovely position overlooking one of the many lakes on the estate, the views are breathtaking, so much wildlife visited the decking including the awesome sight of a heron landing in the fencing one night and ducks joining us for tea another! The bedrooms are a great size and the open plan upstairs is perfect for lazy evenings just watching the wildlife go by.

We stayed here while working around 30 minutes away at a Golf Event. Overall the house was nice in the living room and bedrooms however some areas definitely need some TLC. The kitchen floor is quite damaged with cracked tiles, the silicone in the master bathroom is mouldy, needing replaced and one of the bedroom blinds doesn't shut fully as damaged. The property could be close to perfect without much effort. On a positive large drive way and local to a nice pub round the corner. Also plenty shops and restaurants nearby in Weybridge.

Overall this was a really nice location and we had a very good time staying in Kew. The only remark that I need to give is that the planes that are flying into Heathrow airport are at times flying right above the apartment building. So if you think that would bother you too much, it is not a good idea to stay here.

we had a great stay at Alex's place. the house was great, it had so much space for us all to relax in. the rooms were large and spacious and had everything we needed - the towels were lovely and big! lovely outdoor space and plenty of room for parking. there wasn't a microwave when we arrived but with a quick message, a brand new one was ordered and on its way to us for the following day. there is another property within the same grounds that we didn't anticipate - not that it caused us any problem whatsoever. a lovely weekend for the family to get together.

Quiet location on edge of large camp. Lovely big lodge but noticeable smell on entry - cream carpet in living space was stained quite badly and fridge smelt of rotting cheese. These things can easily be remedied. Apart from that, lovely stay.

For the most part, we had a nice stay at this apartment. It has a good layout and was very quiet. The biggest issue was that the internet and television service wasn’t working upon check in and continued not to work for the duration of my stay. I had to use my cell phone phone which made the administrative tasks I was there to complete very difficult. The host was apologetic and responsive and after some time provided a hot spot to provide some help, promising to have the larger issue fixed, but despite the fact that I stayed for 5 nights the issue was never resolved. After checkout I asked for some compensation for my trouble and the host ghosted me and never responded.

Responsive team. Very helpful butHouse needs general maintenance. Picture fell off wall. Food bin outside full of maggots, no evidence of promised deep clean. Snail/slug trails on lounge carpet. Cooker/microwave/washing machine dirty. No plug in bathroom sink. Lighting throughout house not adequate. Light bulbs need more wattage. Lounge sofa very uncomfortable and TV no set channels. Pot luck to find them. We’re given half cleaning bill Back as compensation which was accepted but it really should have been the full amount in view of the issues. However, the house fulfilled our purpose as we had moved up from Devon, prior to moving into our new home

I stayed at Alex’s place for two months while relocating for a new job. The house is perfect for this situation, everything needed for a really comfortable long term stay is in place. It is a really homely place in a great location. Alex and team couldn’t have been more helpful in welcoming me and checking that everything was ok during my stay. Highly recommended.

Really liked our stay, to the point where we have extended it twice! Alex and co have been very friendly and responsive, and the house is lovely - beautifully appointed, spacious, big TV with great sound, well appointed kitchen and the beds are huge and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

A very well equipped lodge in a peaceful location within a short walk of the beach. Decent size bedrooms ( the main with en-suite was very big ) and a living area that was perfect for a large extended family group to socialise in. Will definitely visit again when returning to the area.

We absolutely LOVED staying here! As soon we set our eyes on that gorgeous view our jaws dropped. This is the perfect family getaway, with a beautiful lake setting and endless activities, there’s something for everyone. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning!

We were looking for a spacious house to stay with another family of four, in a nice area and this place didn’t disappoint. Loads of room, all four double bedrooms either en-suite or across to a family bathroom (so one bathroom per room), comfy beds, nice kitchen. The garden is quite small, but with the front garden as well the kids had plenty of space to play (and it was an excellent house for hide and seek!). Recommend Kingfisher on the Quay and the swimming/paddleboarding lake only 25 mins walk or 6 mins drive away. We had a lovely time!
