We had a lovely two night stay in Eton. It was the perfect position to visit Windsor. The flat was lovely and quiet (apart from the planes but that’s not the flat, that is just Windsor in general) comfortable beds, everything we needed. The owners were very quick to respond to all of my messages. The castle was amazing and not far at all from the flat. You need a full day to walk around it. A little tip, wear comfy shoes! All in all, a lovely stay for my birthday and would love to stay again. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Alex’s house during the boys’s Easter holiday and it’s made us feeling home from home. Our communications with Alex and his team was brilliant and very helpful. The downside was that the equipment in the kitchen were not that sufficient for us since we did stay three weeks but if if just only a couple of days that it should be enough. Alex’s house in Maidenhead is highly recommended to others who want to visit this area - 5 mins driving to the town centre and you could find everything you need for eat and entertainment; and the nearby park was less than 10 mins walk, where my boys did go to almost everyday for football or tennis. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks to Alex and his team.

A great place to stay. The property was clean, modern and maintained and had plenty of storage and space. Everything you need for short and long stays. The bonus for us was the jacuzzi bath. Its just what we needed. The local area is beautiful. With Brookwood country park on the doorstep. Lots of river walks, woodland and lakes to discover. Plenty of wildlife to see. There are numerous playparks within walking distance and one literally oppasite the house. The neighbours are friendly and our 3 year old daughter made lots of friends to play with. The local amenities are within walking distance, we really appreciated the walk through the woods to the big Sainsburys. Great bus links to Woking and Guildford. Its also worth stopping off in st Johns for beautiful scenery and bespoke coffees. A great stay and we will definitely consider visiting again if we're ever in the area.

Okay…I have taken immense time to review. I could not rush before taking time and reflect on feedback. Let’s say for my first Air BNB Eton Court was not a dissappointment. Basically it did, gave what it said on the tin… can not knock it. Clean tidy the full lot well done to the team. Great accommodation superb location. 5 star full on….But… The heating a major concern. The thermostat was poor quality as could not control the heating peaking 30c * in UK April weather. Even switching thermostat to ‘off’ no control on heating. It remained on. Unbearable. Rang out of hours boiller man attended on 2 consec days missed on important apmts . By pass radiator in wrong place on landing very hot needs to be in bathroom as advised by heating professionals. We struggled as very warm but were down in Lonon for important schedules. Get heating sorted. Sunil boiler will feedback on issue. My heating professionals can advise also please contact us. Overall great air bnb let down viscerally by heating

We were 2 families holidaying together for a weekend break. The lodge was clean spacious and in a great location - you could walk to beach in 10 mins. Smart Rent were very helpful with instructions and communicating.

Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. Spacious and great for families. Perfect for our family of 5 while we were in between houses. My only con being it’s managed by a management company so missing the personal touch that I’m used to from other properties. We did have an issue with the heating - couldn’t locate a working thermostat and therefore unable to turn on / regulate heating. However, this was dealt with in a timely manner when i raised the issue. It was however an unnecessary inconvenience. Apart from this issue, we loved everything about the property and will gladly recommend on proviso that thermostat is sorted and heating instructions updated.

Another great stay with this wonderful host. The local area has been wonderful to explore in the coming spring, especially the local woodland and country park. With 4 good playparks all within walking distance. The house is modern yet cozy with everything you could need for a short or long stay. Lots of attention to detail. The ensuite showerroom was particularly handy for my partner who works nights Highly recommend.

The photographs don’t do this place justice, it feels more modern than the photographs suggest. The facilities are fantastic and it was perfectly sized for two families of four (with four small children in total!) to share comfortably. The lodge was one of the best stocked we have ever stayed in too! Having stayed in places like this before I was prepared and brought absolutely everything with me for the kitchen and bathrooms etc, but I needn’t have! Small things like wine bottle openers, hand wash, washing up liquid was all provided and I was very impressed with that! The location was lovely, tucked away at the rear of the park it was nice and peaceful. It was a bit of a walk to the restaurant and shop etc, but not too bad, the small children (ages 2-4) all managed the walk. The on site amenities were great and a fabulous time was had by all! We would definitely consider staying here again should we revisit the area.

We used the house for my family of 6 and it had plenty of space. Great living area and very large kitchen. One local restaurant/pub is very close by, for most other thing, like shopping and going out you need a car or the use of cab.

We found this last minute and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The online photos actually make it look smaller than it is, so it was a nice surprise and just right for a small family. The interior is really nicely done, very clean with lovely furniture and soft furnishings. You can tell there's been a lot of thought put into the place. It was easy to find, and the allocated parking is only a 10 minute walk away near the train station. The house is located 2 minutes from town, and within 5 minutes you are at the river. There's a little courtyard out the back where you can sit and have your morning coffee. We weren't there for long but would definitely look to book again.

Took us a little while to find the home as it is tucked away in the corner. Lovely location and a calm neighbourhood. Stores are easy to get to by car. There was a noticeable smell coming from the carpet. After explaining this to the host they offered an immediate carpet cleaning. We, unfortunately, had to decline their offer as we were worried about our 2 indoor cats that had a stressful time adjusting to the new place. Nevertheless, it was great to see that they were quick to offer a solution to the problem.

Our stay was enjoyable and we appreciated the space provided in the bungalow/ cottage: the layout worked for us with our puppy (he loved running up and down in the hallway!) The location was good and everything in walking distance including the beach.

Unfortunately the location was wrongly listed and did not have the two double beds as advertised and which we required. We were quickly offered a small refund however our stay was significantly spoilt by the sleeping arrangements. The twin beds were tiny, no one slept very well. There is damp in several of the rooms and we found the property would have benefited from a deep clean. Wrappers and muck under the sofa cushions, muck under the beds, a slug in the bath. The location was perfect and the issues we found can easily be addressed but sadly, spolit our weekend break.

We booked Alex’s place for 3 weeks in between our long term tenancies. Overall, the property is as described and in a good location (close to petrol station / shop, a nice park / field etc). There is good WiFi and parking outside was easily accessible. The only point to note is that there is no outside light when entering the property (was a bit difficult to enter when arriving at night) and no outside light in the garden. These are really minor suggestions though as other than this, the property was exactly what we needed! Thanks again Alex!

This was absolutely perfect for us while our home was being renovated. Host communication was brilliant and any minor queries/ issues we had were very quickly resolved, going above and beyond what we expected or needed (eg extra bedding was supplied upon request, and missing/ damaged items purchased for kitchen as soon as I reported them). The house was warm and comfortable, the neighbours were friendly and noise didn’t seem to travel through the walls (though the stairs are ridiculously creaky!!). All in all, we were really impressed and highly recommend

It's a small, clean property, well equipped property. Only a small thing, there is an odd smell which I think may come from the storage heaters. It got better as the property warmed up. The towel rail in the bathroom didn't work ( there is a convector heater to heat the bathroom) and only the top oven worked. Reported and the landlord was keen to get in to fix but we couldn't organise a time. It didn't impact on stay. As seen in the photos. Nice touches included washing tabs, dishwasher tabs, toiletries, tea, coffee, milk etc. Was perfectly fine with added advantage of allowing my furry friend. Nice stay, nice street. Will return if working in the area again.

Excellent service. Extremely friendly and helpful and any questions answered very quickly. Apartment was well furnished, clean and spacious. Extensions were agreed at short notice and at the same rate. They even had extra keys cut for us. Brilliant for a short term lease and I would highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay, place was clean and tidy and a great location. The only small issue is the television signal isnt very good and i kept getting a weak signal or none at all, but im not someone too bothered about this because i could watch catch up tv on my mobile phone anyway and i bought round my own dvd player and dvds to connect to tv and watch anyway.

We really felt at home. We will miss a lot the days that we woke up with bird sounds. We discovered so beautiful neighbour streets and a beautiful park with many hiking routes. The neighbouring cities were also so nice and offering all kinds of shops when we need. Streets were so clean and especially when the trees blossomed it turned into a wonderful place. The house kitchen was offering everything that we would ever think of to prepare good food. Bad was very comfortable. The house was very warm even in the coldest winter days. The warm water was always available. Internet was really fast. Under the staircase, we had a lot of storage room to keep our baggages and to keep the space tidy. We had free parking space. There were good cleaning products also. We are so thankful.
