Dealing with Smarter Rent has been a dream. All the staff are very helpful and go out of their way to understand your personal circumstances and your needs. The house was presented very well on arrival and when we had a maintenance needs they were very quick to get this sorted. Handover both on check in an check out was seamless. I would highly recommend this company for your short term let needs. Very professional. 🙏2

I recently booked via Airbnb a property for a new nights. There was an issue at check-in HOWEVER the level of service provided was exceptional. In business we always have moments that fail to deliver, but the way you respond is what makes a company special. I would highly recommend a company with this level customer service, I'll definitely use again 🙏3

Cobblestones was a great place to stay. Very clean, good location and secure back garden for the dogs. Would recommend for anyone wanting to explore the coast and New Forest. Smuggler’s Inn served good pub grub and was very convenient. Milford has a good variety of shops and the village green was a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by!

This was a convenient functional place to stay but in need of maintenance. Not quiet, with noisy neighbours and traffic. If all that is needed is a bed for the night and basic amenities then fine but the beds are hard and it is an exagerration to describe it as beautiful. Alex does provide a responsive management service which was a positive.

A casa muito limpa, aconchegante e confortável, além de muito bonita , bem decorada e cheirosa. Acomoda perfeitamente 8 hóspedes. As Toalhas e roupas de cama são de excelente qualidade. Os eletros funcionam perfeitamente. O bairro é tranquilo, e da 18 min a pé até o centro da cidade.

The location /setting of the house is beautiful and we had a wonderful weekend stay. Comfortable bedding and bath linens! but otherwise, the house itself is a little past its best and was not as well maintained as it might be, lots of wear and tear and a lack of attention to nice details we often find in Airbnbs, For example, no milk or juice on arrival and only a couple tea bags each and little coffee (essentially not enough for a 3 night stay for 2 people, especially considering the remote location with no convenience store nearby). Unfortunately, the balcony and decking were unusable due to spiderwebs, dirt and no outdoor cushions per photos? The host teaming where very responsive and quick to answer queries. The house has so much potential if it could be brought back to its 'glory days' so to speak! Overall we had a wonderful weekend on the lakes, thank you so much!

Lovely little property on a quiet street. Well furnished and nice touches like tea/coffee/milk available when we arrived. Folding bathroom door a little bit quirky but everything else great. Walking distance to parks which was great for our little dog.

The place/house is amazing & picturesque! The house has great potential but let itself down due to lack of cleaning, boiler breakdowns, oven breakdowns, wear and tear not being treated and just generally a lack of attention to detail. The balcony and decking were unusable due to dirt… the kitchen had a plethora of issues regarding broken items and dirt. You pay £200 for a set rate cleaning charge and it didn’t look to go very far. Don’t get me wrong, this is a lovely place and we still enjoyed our stay, the Air bnb staff were also so helpful and apologetic, even refunding some of the charge. They were quick to answer queries and complaints but spending an hour of my evening assisting a plumber wasn’t my idea of a great night away. I would love to give this place more stars and a better review as so much of the place was still very nice, but I don’t think it would be fair.

The home is very cosy and had everything we needed for our month long stay. The place was very neat and tidy, very comfortable living space. Nice and close to the shops, can walk to the canal, playgrounds for kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for hosting our engineers in this lovely apartment which was in perfect location to site. It was reasonable priced and our engineers had a lovely, comfortable stay. Would definitely look to rebook when we are in the area.

Ekeliger Abflussgestank im Bad. Teppichboden im Erdgeschoss stank nach nassem Hund und war voller Flecken. Überall waren Tierhaare auf den Möbel und auch im Bett. Im Bad waren ebenfalls Haare. In der Dusche lief das Wasser nicht richtig ab und sie war voller Schimmel in den Fugen. Klobürste war verdreckt mit Kot vermutlich vom vorherigen Gast. Küchenschränke waren voller Krümel, Essenreste und rochen unangenehm. Garten nicht gepflegt. Wir haben 700€ für 5 Nächte gezahlt und dies ist diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall wert. Beim ersten anmerken der dreckigen Küchenschränke wurde angeboten das nochmal jemand kommt zum reinigen; dass hatten wir allerdings schon selber erledig. Am nächsten Tag stank es im Bad aus den Abflüssen, hierauf hat bis heute niemand reagiert. Mir ist klar das Hunde dreck machen und Haare hinterlassen: aber wenn ich über 100€ Reinigungsgebühr zahle, erwarte ich eine saubere Unterkunft. Abflussreiniger, Handseife und Klobürste mussten wir also selbst kaufen.

This house was perfect for us. We stayed for over 2 months & would have stayed longer if it was available. It had everything that we needed for a long-term stay & is very well equipped. The location is very peaceful, parking is easy as was check-in. It had a lovely secure garden for the dog. Host was very responsive, friendly & helpful.

This listing doesn't do this place justice, its absolutely stunning location with a lot more on offer than mentioned. I'm just going to bullet point a few things you get; tennis courts, football pitch, 2x outdoor pools, 1x indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and more Local activity centre has multiple hires available (at a cost) If you want beautiful views, a calming environment, and multiple activities available, this is the place where it just had everything we needed Also, a note that customer service was 10/10 from host

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris de la propreté de la maison. Elle a d’ailleurs été restaurée très récemment, ça n’en fait aucun doute! Juste deux petites suggestions d’amélioration: il faudrait des casseroles permettant de cuisiner pour 5 personnes et également prévoir 5 chaises pour manger à table en famille ( il n’y en avait que 4). Nous avions demandé à séparer les lits mais cela n’a pas été fait. Nous avions précisé lors de la réservation et envoyé un message sur l’application qui n’a pas eut de réponse. Ils nous ont appelé le lendemain pour nous proposer d’y remédier mais nous avons décliné leur proposition car trop tard. Malgré cela, nous avons été Globalement très satisfait de notre séjour et si besoin, on reviendra sans soucis!
