  At great location, few mins walk to high street with restaurants, supermarkets, stores and banks. The property management was impressively responsive and friendly, they dropped by to provide what we need soon after we reached out. My cats had a great stay here with us.

  Tastefully decorated, neat and well-equipped house. Kitchen has everything you need and more. The free off-street parking was a bonus! Quiet neighbourhood, a little outside of Guildford. Close to shops and parks with easy access to main roads. We enjoyed our stay, but as a family of four found it a little bit of a tight squeeze. Great communication from our host.   The cottage I stayed in was beautiful. It was very clean and tidy and I felt right at home. There was everything at the cottage from milk, sugar , tea to shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Very Luxury cottage and nothing left out. Location was fantastic. Walking distance to everything. Even though right in Henley high street the place was lovely and quite. Perfect 4 nights.   Very pleasant and well equipped apartment. The quiet area, the private parking place, the washing machine and the dyer are a real bonus for a longer stay. It is as bit pricey for my liking but it seems to be the price to pay to sleep in this area. Overall, a great apartment and an exceptional communication with Smarter Rent

  By far one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in! The place was fully set up for a long stay (the host even provided biscuits and tea/ coffee). The place was clean and very comfortable.   Nice & quiet location. Very small house. The piano in the lounge ( not pictured in the photos) made the space even smaller. Cleanliness needs to be improved, especially as this property allows pets, so extra cleaning needs to take place before the next arrivals. Communication was good throughout.

  We had a lovely stay at this property whilst waiting for our house purchase to go through. It is in a quiet location just a short walk away from Coral Reef Waterworld and Swinley Forest - great for walking the dog. It had excellent Wi-fi and was beautifully clean. Would definitely recommend.

  I had a very happy stay in this house with family for almost 4 months. It is clean and quiet, neighbours are nice too! Location is handy to shops and supermarkets with few minutes walk or it takes only few minutes drive to Superstore and shopping center. Gardener came regularly for the common area, all plants were trimmed nicely and places were well-cleaned after his work done too. Moreover, thanks for the prompt action by the support team. Whenever I had any enquiries or requests, I always got instant replies and I really appreciated that. I highly recommended this place.

  The house was beautiful with the most gorgeous views it was just as described. The large open plan kitchen / lounge is the perfect place to spend time together. We did have a gas outage whilst staying however Lisa was quick to try and resolve this as best as she could. The estate the house is situated on is the perfect getaway, we had a fantastic meal at balliboo the on site restaurant, a lovely time at the spa and a long muddy walk around the nature reserve. Would recommend this house and would certainly return, great value!

  This a fantastic place to stay and enjoy all the New Forest has to offer. The accommodation is spacious, very well maintained and has everything a family would need for a short break.   A great place to stay, clean and rather spacious. It felt almost luxurious. The place is quiet, though it's quite a long way away from anywhere else. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, not so much for commutes or entertainment. One major graipee is that the electric outlets are few and far between, and most of them already occupied — check behind the bed for the extension cord with two sockets that you can plug in downstairs, it helps a lot.
