  We booked the place for 22 days, and the host was always very kind and helpful. The place itself was very comfortable with easy to use appliances. It felt like a home away from home. The location is also very private yet close enough from all the action just a car ride away.

  A beautiful property in a lovely location. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view across the lake was idyllic. We enjoyed the activities and the pool. There was an issue that the spa passes weren't there when we arrived but this was dealt with swiftly and communication was clear and helpful. We had a fabulous time in this spacious, well-equipped house. Would love to return for a longer stay in spring or summer.

  We had a lovely time in this property. It was very comfortable and cosy. The only thing we didn't like was the shower, very low pressure and hard to find the right temperature as it kept fluctuating but apart from that we really liked this property.

  We really loved this place, gorgeous location overlooking the lakes and such a lovely and peaceful neighbourhood. Unfortunately we had issues with the gas during our stay which was bad timing being the coldest weekend of the year and wasn’t resolved until our last day but the host was helpful in getting wood for the fire for us and a partial refund.

  Stayed at this place for two nights as had to work locally over the weekend. Place was nice Livingroom was comfortable. Bathroom was dated and beds were not ideal and could do with a double bed in main bedroom (two singles pushed together) and a new mattress in the second bed room. Property was worth what was paid but the cleaning costs equaled the same as the rent which was hard to understand.

  Great "new" airbnb that is perfect to visit Eton and Windsor... who´s just 5 minutes away across the bridge. Staying in Eton actually helps you NOT miss that beautiful area of Windsor.. the Eton bridge, the Eton college, High Street and the great views on Windsor Castle. The airbnb was extremely accommodating and the heating system was faultless, quick and efficient. Great bed, pillows... it´s got all what you can ask for! Highly recommended!!!

  We stayed here whilst waiting for our house purchase to go through. The house had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and felt very homely. The garden was a huge bonus as we have a dog.   Tastefully decorated, neat and well-equipped house. Kitchen has everything you need and more. The free off-street parking was a bonus! Quiet neighbourhood, a little outside of Guildford. Close to shops and parks with easy access to main roads. We enjoyed our stay, but as a family of four found it a little bit of a tight squeeze. Great communication from our host.   The cottage I stayed in was beautiful. It was very clean and tidy and I felt right at home. There was everything at the cottage from milk, sugar , tea to shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Very Luxury cottage and nothing left out. Location was fantastic. Walking distance to everything. Even though right in Henley high street the place was lovely and quite. Perfect 4 nights.   Very pleasant and well equipped apartment. The quiet area, the private parking place, the washing machine and the dyer are a real bonus for a longer stay.   By far one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in! The place was fully set up for a long stay (the host even provided biscuits and tea/ coffee). The place was clean and very comfortable.   Nice & quiet location. Very small house. The piano in the lounge ( not pictured in the photos) made the space even smaller. Cleanliness needs to be improved, especially as this property allows pets, so extra cleaning needs to take place before the next arrivals. Communication was good throughout.
