We had a lovely stay at this property whilst waiting for our house purchase to go through. It is in a quiet location just a short walk away from Coral Reef Waterworld and Swinley Forest - great for walking the dog. It had excellent Wi-fi and was beautifully clean. Would definitely recommend.

Great well equipped lodge and plenty big enough. Nice and Clean,beds were comfortable, great communication from Smarter Rent. Enough parking for two vehicles . As we was working in that area we didn’t use any of the site facilities.

Very helpful hosts. The cottage is well kept and had everything we needed during our stay. It is also perfectly located if you are looking for a small village feel, but close enough to bigger towns for all the amenities.

I had a very happy stay in this house with family for almost 4 months. It is clean and quiet, neighbours are nice too! Location is handy to shops and supermarkets with few minutes walk or it takes only few minutes drive to Superstore and shopping center. Gardener came regularly for the common area, all plants were trimmed nicely and places were well-cleaned after his work done too. Moreover, thanks for the prompt action by the support team. Whenever I had any enquiries or requests, I always got instant replies and I really appreciated that. I highly recommended this place.

The house was beautiful with the most gorgeous views it was just as described. The large open plan kitchen / lounge is the perfect place to spend time together. We did have a gas outage whilst staying however Lisa was quick to try and resolve this as best as she could. The estate the house is situated on is the perfect getaway, we had a fantastic meal at balliboo the on site restaurant, a lovely time at the spa and a long muddy walk around the nature reserve. Would recommend this house and would certainly return, great value!

A beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Watching the swans take off and land was mesmerising. Plenty of activities for young and old, and the spa pass is a real bonus. Very helpful agents, and quick to respond to our queries. Would thoroughly recommend, and plan to return.

Super cosy, comfortable place. Location was spot on, literally 5 minute walk into Windsor high street. Would recommend highly if you’ve never been to Windsor. I’m from the area and this was a great spot .

This a fantastic place to stay and enjoy all the New Forest has to offer. The accommodation is spacious, very well maintained and has everything a family would need for a short break. The communication was excellent with the management team and I would definitely highly recommend staying here. We will certainly be looking to return.

A great place to stay, clean and rather spacious. It felt almost luxurious. The place is quiet, though it's quite a long way away from anywhere else. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, not so much for commutes or entertainment. One major graipee is that the electric outlets are few and far between, and most of them already occupied — check behind the bed for the extension cord with two sockets that you can plug in downstairs, it helps a lot.

The location is very secluded, which is good if you are after a quiet space, but it can be inconvenient if you don’t drive. The house itself is furnished to a very high standard, but it appears to have been refurbished fairly recently and not inhabited since, such that sockets are hard to find and the noise from the boiler gets unbearable at times.

Our stay at Bettoney Vere was wonderful. The house, the location and the team at Smarter Rent. They were always prompt with handling queries and provided any and all assistance when they could. This was a perfect little house for our needs. It had everything we needed for our stay and was exactly as described. It is well furnished and the kitchen has everything you need. There are some lovely walks down by the canal with easy access to shops and schools. Lisa and her team were extremely responsive and it was a helpful bolthole for our family during a period of transition.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage, beautiful inside and really clean. Really close to Henley town centre. Check in super easy, and great communication . Only thing is that the parking was far away from the cottage.
