It was a lovely place to stay. We also were provided a baby cot per our request which was fantastic. The internet signal was a little unstable and we had to deal with it ourselves a few times. Good location, easy to walk to town centre, train station anf multiple restaurants :)

The apartment was as described in the listing. We booked it as we had our cat traveling with us plus it had 2 parking spaces. The kitchen was well equipped, WiFi reliable. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but when this was pointed out a mattress topper arrived which made a big difference. The area is in a housing development on the outskirts of bracknell with local walks in the meadows plus a pub. It was a good stop gap for us whilst moving house.

If you are looking for a functional, safe and quiet place in Bracknell to stay with a generous garden, if you are travelling with dogs then this is a good option. It could benefit from updating some of the interiors - notably the bathroom, and there are signs of general wear and tear in the kitchen and some of the fixtures and fittings etc. Maintenance issues were responded to by the agent in a proactive and friendly manner and I would hope that the next tennant benefits from these observations. The location isn’t picturesque in any way but this is Bracknell and not the Cotswolds! However that being said it’s incredibly quiet and with good parking provisions, if you need somewhere warm, safe, quiet and comfortable for the price point advertised then look no further.

We had an excellent stay. The flat is very well structured, extremely organised and fully functional. The cleanliness was impeccable, which made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. The host was very attentive and always responded quickly to any requests or questions we had. The location is another highlight — excellent, especially being so close to Richmond Hill, a beautiful and very pleasant area for a walk. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Our stay was perfect, peaceful location - plenty of parking spaces and easy to access. We had some troubles with the dishwasher, but the host was very responsive and quickly sent someone to repair it. There were some issues with the toaster too, and the host ordered a new one to get delivered next day. Overall very satisfied with our stay! Would recommend it any day.

we stayed here while my place was being renovated which caused us to move out. the hosts were fantastic with their communication and the check in process was very simple. staying here, we felt right at home. deliveries of milk, bread and fruit were a suprise but very welcome. the kitchen is very well equipped and the beds very easy to sleep in. couldn't recommend it more. if you are struggling for parking, use the app yourparkingspace - we found a very affordable location nearby!

Fantastic townhome beautifully decorated and highly functional. This place has everything including central heating. Comfortable beds, clean towels, kitchen will all the appliances and a nice little backyard that we didn’t get to use because we stayed during a cold and rainy week.

You truly can’t beat the location of this property. We chose it for its proximity to our son’s school, the station, and our previous home ahead of an international move, and it was extremely convenient. There were a few early logistical hiccups, likely due to a transition to a property management company. Once Smarter Rent stepped in, communication was responsive and helpful. A couple of details differed from the original information (such as garden access), and we were asked to be present for an unnecessary bed delivery during an already busy moving period. These were relatively minor and handled professionally. Overall, the stay was comfortable and easy. The home is spacious, full of charm, and ideally located just steps from Kew Gardens Station, Kew Retail Plaza, cafes, shops, restaurants, and Kew Gardens itself. We had a positive experience and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb, especially for anyone seeking a character-filled home in an unbeatable location.

Smarter Rent have been fantastic in letting my mother in law a property. Firstly they have a better stock of high end properties. Their communications were so prompt and professional, and with every call or email there was an immediate reply. Von and her colleague were understanding and worked so hard to secure the property for us. All paperwork was completed seamlessly. The property was handed over with very clear instructions and in a fantastic condition (even flowers on the table!). So many nice touches which made their service stand out. We made this little house our own, as soon as we arrived. We travel with our own small lights to add coziness to any abode, and this was needed as the overhead lights are too much for me. But on entering, it was beautifully warm, which was welcoming on a minus 5 degrees day!! It’s a spacious feeling place, and it was clean and tidy, with plenty of utensils in the kitchen, for us to cook with. There is a shop across the road to buy coffee, milk etc… as nothing is supplied here. But as we were staying for a couple of weeks we needed supplies anyway, so it was nice to have a shop so close! The bedding and towels etc are gorgeous and we had very good nights of sleep. It felt so homely. There are a few small niggles, like the bin lid doesn’t open, and the second bedroom is tiny, with a dodgy duvet, the hoover didn’t work, and lack of cleaning materials, but overall, it was superb, so the niggles were superseded by the rest of it. I’d highly recommend for homeliness.

Was exactly as listed. In a great location. The cleaners hadn’t been when we arrived so it was still messy with old sheets/towels etc which was a shame. There’s a few bits of upkeep needed - some mould in the bathroom, the dimmer switch in the main room didn’t work so the lights kept flickering and the hot water in the bathroom was low pressure so couldn’t have a bath. But the host did respond to these concerns and they’ve mostly been fixed now
