My two sons and I stayed over the Xmas holidays. It was a great place to stay. Warm and all amenities provided. Very close to Sainsbury’s and lots of activities in the local area. Very responsive to any questions or concerns.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay, thank you. Good communication throughout. Was slightly smaller than it looked in the photos, however it’s perfectly fine for two people. Very clean. Very detailed check-in message, which was appreciated, however it just needs a bit of an update as it said there was a dishwasher in the property and there was a missing link in it. A couple of suggestions to have made it an even better stay would be the provision of hand soap and tea towels. We ran the hoover round before we left but a pet hair hoover would have meant we could have saved even more cleaning up for you :)

Great location private parking Clean tidy everything you need for a short stay albeit a king size bed would be more adequate ! My main concern was hearing above their voices talking and the rest ! We felt there was No sound proofing on these apartments or definitely not adequate if there was any needs looking into it’s a shame as we would stay again being the ideal location but not without adequate sound proofing !

The property exceeded our expectations. It’s even better in real life than the photos! Very spacious, beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is very well located. There is a great pub ( The Marlborough) about 5 minutes walk away as well as a Sainsbury’s Local, and it’s an easy 10 minute stroll to the centre of Richmond. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

My husband, toddler and I stayed at this property for three weeks while we did some renovations on our house. The location of this house is great, and the communication with the listing agent was really good. As other people have mentioned the pressure of the shower is not very good at all, and does let the property down. I also found the mattresses quite uncomfortable after a few nights. But overall the house was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

House was generally as described apart from location - it was placed in a completely different area of Bracknell on the map and despite telling the owner straight away, they've still not fixed the listing. House was nice and warm all day and furnishings were comfortable. It worked well for working from home. Some parts of the house were a bit worn out eg. the rug in the living was grubby and old, and many of the doors don't close properly.

Great accommodation as described and in an excellent location for local shops and high street. Check in was smooth and the flat was in excellent condition. Only word of caution is that the parking space is off street and very tight. We have a hatchback but a larger car will struggle to park in the allocated space.

No electricity in 3 rooms!! Including one bathroom with no prior notification from the host of this. Neighbour came to the door saying it should have been fixed weeks ago. Dirty and dusty living room and bedroom. Extortionate cost for the amenities received. Avoid.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was very nicely layed out and very well equipped. We had no issues at all apart from the WIFI cutting out every 15 minutes. We would definitely stay here again. A very homely home.
