With a happy, cosy and safe stay for one and half month with my family. Location is super convenient to Supermarket , Park and transportation. All facilitates and utensils are well equipped and well set. Response from administrator is highly impressed, helpful and appreciated. I would say thank you and gratitude to them.

This house is absolutely beautiful and in an ideal location! The beds and sofa were all very comfortable and we loved that there were plenty of blankets to go around for when it gets a little chilly in the evenings. There is lots to do at the lake house with the spa, restaurant and market all being very close; Swindon and Cirencester only a short drive away and activities such as paintball, archery, water-sports etc all very close by! The kitchen is stocked with all essentials and the wine fridge is a very nice touch!

Great place with everything we needed for an extended stay. Great kitchen facilities and rainforest shower. WiFi performance was also excellent. As others have said, parking can be difficult, but there's not anything the owners/hosts can do about that. Any small issues were ironed out immediately, which is a credit to Lisa and team.

A lovely stay in a lovely cottage - within a short walking distance to the beach and a quaint village. We had a car so were able to enjoy both the New Forest and the seaside. The garden cabin would make this a great stay for an extended family too.

What a find! The apartment was exactly as shown on the web page and more than fulfilled our expectations with some added bonuses - like the separate laundry, with washing machine (and detergent pods!), generous amounts of tea & coffee and bathroom/body products. Also the more than sufficient heating facilities. The number and variety of kitchen utensils was excellent - lots of cutlery, crockery, cookware and cooking utensils - and of course a dishwasher - again with supplied detergent pods! I loved the fact that there was milk in the fridge for the weary traveler who hadn't had a chance to stock up on groceries yet. Three of us continuously used the Wi-Fi on our phones and computers and experienced no problems. The apartment is in a quiet cul de sac off the main feed into the centre of the Maidenhead shopping and business area. There is a garage, which we never used as we had a fairly large vehicle and there is also parking for one card directly outside the apartment door. Shops and the station with links to London via Paddington Station are reasonably close by - 10 and 20 minutes walk respectively. The River Thames is a couple of minutes away and the scenic walks along the river are beautiful.

We had a fantastic stay in Lisa's cosy property. It was very well equipped and absolutely spotless including areas commonly overlooked e.g. inside cupboards/drawers etc. The location worked well for us as we took our dog. We could be at the beach in 10 mins via Sturt Pond, or a 15 min walk through town took us to Milford sea front, or up through the valley alongside the Danestream. There are plenty of places to eat out or get a takeaway from and all are approx 5 - 10 min walk. We had a v good Sunday roast at the Lazy Lion and enjoyed a v good take away from Britannia Thai.

The host provided excellent communication from booking and throughout our stay. My family had an excellent stay in this stylish but also very comfortable property and stunning location. The property was a good size with plenty of bedrooms for our family. Our family enjoyed the facilities e.g. the playground, trampoline, restaurant, bar, spa, indoor and outdoors pools. The house was very well equipped which made our stay even better. Our granddaughter enjoyed playing with the games provided. Having a utility room with a washing machine was a bonus with young children. The view across the lake was beautiful all day but especially at dawn and sunset. We would love to come back in the summer.

An excellent base for Milford and the New Forest (about a 5 minute walk into the town and a 10 minute drive to Lymington). The house has everything we needed - great to have the 2 bathrooms - and it was warm and cosy on chilly March nights. Milford has many eating venues; we'd recommend The Cave for tapas and friendly service, and Saltwater for excellent breakfasts.

My stay here was fantastic. It's an ample space for one or two people, a nice neighbourhood, excellent furnishing, and a well equipped kitchen. There were a few excellent touches like a really comfy sofa and armchair and some very nice toiletries provided. All that said, the customer service was what really made the stay exceptional for me; the mattress was brand new and - at first - was rock solid to the point where I had a painful first night. The Smarter Rent team were incredibly helpful and upon my request of a mattress topper, offered to get me one delivered the next day or to reimburse me for one I bought. I chose the latter option, and I'm pleased to say the bed is now incredibly comfortable, sporting a nice and thick memory foam topper, for which I was reimbursed promptly and without difficulty, even when I managed to get the wrong size the first time! The team were also great when I accidentally locked myself out later in the week, offering to drop off the spare key and then staying late at the office to facilitate me picking it up and returning it. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Thank you for our stay! We had a fantastic time - the place was perfect for all of our needs. Lovely big open living area for eating, games and watching a movie all together. Both families, all ages ranges had a blast. Plus a great walk around the lake for when the sun shone and access to a swimming pool when it didn't. We would definitely recommend trying to book early for your swimming slots. Also the communication from the team was excellent with very speedy response to any of our questions. Thanks again!
