Very clean and modern compact flat perfect for a short business or pleasure stay in High Wycombe. Very convenient for the station (less than 5 minutes walk) and all the conveniences that you need for a stay. The decor is very homely, with some lovely touches and the space used really well. The kitchen is well fitted with modern appliances. Absolutely nothing negative to comment on in this property, would recommend happily.

This house is absolutely stunning and has a great diner/living area with a fantastic view. Its a great place to come and relax, as the house has everything you need! The spa and pool are an added bonus too! There are many walks to do in the area, which are a short drive away.

My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful overnight stay in this stunning house. The beds were so comfortable and the upstairs space was so perfect to socialise with family or friends. I would recommend sitting out on the deck in the morning with a coffee overlooking a stunning view of otters and birds in and about the lake. Absolutely fabulous x

Very comfortable Airbnb- couldn't ask for more!. Lovely small town atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of London proper, but very close to London too! A great host and the apartment is close to the train station too.

This house is lovely, really well equipped with lots of home from home touches. The view is fabulous despite whatever the weather is doing. We had some lovely walks and enjoyed the pool and spa facilities. Highly recommended.

We spent 4 days in Milford on Sea and had a great time. The location of the bungalow is very convenient to explore the area by foot as well as by car. The accomodation is modern and well equipped. All together a wonderful break.

Lovely place with an amazing view! The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfy. We enjoyed the nature walk around the lake and would also recommend the swimming pool! Adrian was always quick to respond & really helpful.

The place was well kept and nice. I guess I missed the note about parking - it's impossible to park here. Had to park over a mile away and pay a garage fee. Would stay again, but not if I had a car.

We had a great week. Flat had everything we needed and location is great. We were there for a Rambert summer school which is in easy walking distance. Similarly, the train station is very close with regular trains into London.

A spacious, clean, fully functional 1 bedroom apartment. Near railway station for fast trains to London or Cambridge, 5 mins walk to supermarket and 15 mins walk to town centre. Adrian is a great host and very quickly responds to any queries. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a fabulous stay at Adrian's lovely home. It was our first Airbnb experience and it surpassed our expectations. Very easy check in, and settled quickly. Lots of space, really super location with lots close at hand - parks, riverside walks, shops, lovely Italian across the road and great public transport links. Our daughter found it a home away from home with similar bedroom and garden play to her own, she slept brilliantly. Fab for a short break and will definitely keep on the radar as a great place to stay when visiting the area :)

Lovely house in a good lakeside location - perfect for relaxing breaks with a group. Really enjoyed the access to central swimming pool - there was also a fire pit that we were able to use for a BBQ if we wanted. Would work well for families or groups of friends.

We have had a wonderful stay in Adrian's property, it is a modern clean welcoming place very comfortable , it is in a peaceful area and neighbours and locals very friendly. Exploring the area , great walks , 15 minute walk to shingle beach , dinning pubs which are dog friendly ,local shops . Communication with the host Adrian is was quick . Again we all had a great 4 day stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the Gazebo. It's a very unique structure, rather small, yet very well-appointed and in an unbeatable location for Richmond, with direct access to the riverside just mere steps from your front door. The private Queensberry House gardens are beautiful to look at and be in. You're about an 8-10 minute walk from Richmond Station, with easy access to the city, and even closer to supermarkets as well as too many pubs and restaurants to count. Personally, I never got tired of strolling through the Thames Path and nearby Richmond Park, to the point where I didn't even travel to central London all that often, preferring instead to explore Richmond and neighboring Twickenham in full. Communication was prompt and to the point. Adrian, Ken and Isabella made every effort to ensure we felt welcomed, and they succeeded completely!

Lovey place in Lower Mills. We spoke of Adrian regarding the outside area which needed cleaning but other than that we had. A great time Adrian’s has been great at communications from the time we booked.

Adrian's place is clean and in a very convenient location - 5 min to the train station and easy stroll to the town centre. It has everything you would need for a short stay. However, decor is quite basic, bathroom would benefit from refurbishing and it would be great to have some patio furniture to be able to use it when the weather is nice. Adrian was a great host, available whenever we had a question and very accommodating. I would recommend Adrian's place for a short stay in lovely Hitchin
