Lucy’s place was superb. Great location in the centre of historic Windsor. The apartment was super clean and modern, recently renovated with all required amenities. Communication was instant and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent value and I would definitely stay again. Thank you Lucy

Very beautiful place! Had everything we needed! Only things were that the heater didn’t work in the bedrooms so was cold at night and that we ended up having a late arrival and the directions in the welcome pack was not very clear. However was a very nice place to stay!

Amazing home you have created. Perfect location, the house itself was beautiful and much better than what we expected. My little boy had the best time in nature. The host was great and attentive. We had a really lovely stay in this apartment - it was so clean, quiet, light and modern. Having dedicated parking was really handy, although we hardly used the car as it's a short 10 minute walk to the centre of Windsor. Super comfortable bed, luxury bathroom and nice open plan kitchen / living room with TV and corner sofa. Loved the whole style and feel, we really felt at home - in fact we didn't want to leave! Highly recommended choice for anyone wanting a superb flat in a great location.

This place had everything we needed and it was very comfortable! Not to mention the instructions were very detailed and a helpful touch. The use of space is great and the two of us could be comfortable and relaxed without feeling squeezed into a small environment. I loved the two sofas and the modern appliances, not to mention the small touches which made the flat feel homely - including soft towels and soap. Thank you Adrian and Lucy for a perfect stay over the past few days. We would like to wish you the best of luck and hope all goes well!

This flat does exactly what it says on the tin - modern and sleek, it has everything you could possibly need including parking. Location is central, it is furnished with flare and everything I needed was where I would expect to find it. Better than I expected!

After an issue with check-in (which was resolved), we enjoyed our stay at Cobblestones. The property was clean and comfortable. The location to Milford on Sea is very good and we had nice walks along the coast. The house is ideal size for a couple or small family and the immediate parking is very helpful. The kitchen is well equipped (minus a cafetiere!) and the whole place makes for a relaxing stay. We would recommend.

Stunning view, stylish place, spotlessly clean. Swimming pool is only 3 mins walk, and there's a nice little restaurant. Walks from the door around the lakesides (bring boots/wellies if it's been raining).

Amazing location, right across from Richmond station and easy access to all of Richmond's gems. The room is perfect for 1 person staying for a few nights. Adrian was a great host, really quick responses and checked in during my stay. Would stay here again.

A lovely bungalow in a great village. My friend and I came for a New Years break. Plenty of lovely walks and lots of good pubs in the area. The property is well equipped and a great find. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Bright, spacious, excellent location and outstanding communication- these are just a few of the many positive words that come to mind when thinking of Adrian’s place. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room- amazing. Fully equipped kitchen- so convenient. Fabulous location- the bus literally stopped at our doorstep, the trains just a few minutes away, the river just a few blocks down the road, surrounded by shops & restaurants- we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it & would book again! Highly recomended. Very clean house, in the kitchen and bathrooms is all you need, very cosy house with bedings in all rooms. If you are looking quite place to rest with family and love nature, Adrian's bungalow is the best place to stay.

Very clean and modern compact flat perfect for a short business or pleasure stay in High Wycombe. Very convenient for the station (less than 5 minutes walk) and all the conveniences that you need for a stay. The decor is very homely, with some lovely touches and the space used really well. The kitchen is well fitted with modern appliances. Absolutely nothing negative to comment on in this property, would recommend happily.

This house is absolutely stunning and has a great diner/living area with a fantastic view. Its a great place to come and relax, as the house has everything you need! The spa and pool are an added bonus too! There are many walks to do in the area, which are a short drive away.

My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful overnight stay in this stunning house. The beds were so comfortable and the upstairs space was so perfect to socialise with family or friends. I would recommend sitting out on the deck in the morning with a coffee overlooking a stunning view of otters and birds in and about the lake. Absolutely fabulous x

Excellent place. If is our 4th time at lower mill but our first at Adrian's place. Very clean and excellently equipped. His communication was very quick. Lower mill itself is excellent, especially the pools. Highly recommended
