Lovely place, clean, and exactly as described. Just a short 10 min walk to Windsor Castle. The host, Lucy, was very kind and got back to me almost instantly when I had any questions. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We recently left our home after a seven year tenancy through Emmersons. From the initial tenancy set up, to any issues through the tenancy and the ending check out process, they were very professional and helpful throughout. During our tenancy, communication was always excellent, they respected our privacy and couldn't have been more helpful if any issues arose. I cannot recommend Stephen and his team enough.

Genuinely the best estate agents in town: I rented a property with them and recently checked out. Nothing was too much for the Emmerson team, from smaller queries to liaising with land lord. A very friendly small local team. Everyone at Emmerson was so helpful, lovely and efficient while I was with them. Lightbulbs that needed replacing were seen to the next day, and the check in/out process was very professional and efficient. Had I stayed in the area I would've happily rented through them again :) 🙏1

I rented a property through Emmersons and also dealt with them when I vacated. I always felt like I was more than just another tenant. Whenever there were any issues, they were addressed immediately with warmth and concern. When visiting the agency, it felt more like a family with a professional but easy manner, rather than your typical office. Recently, they worked hard to try and fine me new accommodation. 🙏2

From the time I came to the UK, I moved three times and dealt with many agencies. Emmersons was an excellent agency to rent from. Everything was easy and comfortable dealing with them. They dealt with the problems we had quickly and with no delay. They were fair in returning our deposit. Given the opportunity, I’d love to rent from Emmersons. What a little gem. Fabulous light airy stylish space with everything needed. Extremely comfortable bed too! The appartment is new and has a lift which is very useful when travelling with luggage! The welcome pack was very informative. Very secure as the property is gated with the added bonus of parking and only a 10 minute walk to Windsor town centre. Very quick and efficient communication with the landlord. You won’t be disappointed with a stay here!

Very beautiful place! Had everything we needed! Only things were that the heater didn’t work in the bedrooms so was cold at night and that we ended up having a late arrival and the directions in the welcome pack was not very clear. However was a very nice place to stay!

We had a really lovely stay in this apartment - it was so clean, quiet, light and modern. Having dedicated parking was really handy, although we hardly used the car as it's a short 10 minute walk to the centre of Windsor. Super comfortable bed, luxury bathroom and nice open plan kitchen / living room with TV and corner sofa. Loved the whole style and feel, we really felt at home - in fact we didn't want to leave! Highly recommended choice for anyone wanting a superb flat in a great location.

This place had everything we needed and it was very comfortable! Not to mention the instructions were very detailed and a helpful touch. The use of space is great and the two of us could be comfortable and relaxed without feeling squeezed into a small environment. I loved the two sofas and the modern appliances, not to mention the small touches which made the flat feel homely - including soft towels and soap. Thank you Adrian and Lucy for a perfect stay over the past few days. We would like to wish you the best of luck and hope all goes well!

After an issue with check-in (which was resolved), we enjoyed our stay at Cobblestones. The property was clean and comfortable. The location to Milford on Sea is very good and we had nice walks along the coast. The house is ideal size for a couple or small family and the immediate parking is very helpful. The kitchen is well equipped (minus a cafetiere!) and the whole place makes for a relaxing stay. We would recommend.

Stunning view, stylish place, spotlessly clean. Swimming pool is only 3 mins walk, and there's a nice little restaurant. Walks from the door around the lakesides (bring boots/wellies if it's been raining).

Bright, spacious, excellent location and outstanding communication- these are just a few of the many positive words that come to mind when thinking of Adrian’s place. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room- amazing. Fully equipped kitchen- so convenient. Fabulous location- the bus literally stopped at our doorstep, the trains just a few minutes away, the river just a few blocks down the road, surrounded by shops & restaurants- we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it & would book again! Highly recomended. Very clean house, in the kitchen and bathrooms is all you need, very cosy house with bedings in all rooms. If you are looking quite place to rest with family and love nature, Adrian's bungalow is the best place to stay.
