We had a great four day stay at 20 Clearwater. Property is spacious and well appointed and the views from the living room windows are spectacular. We swam every day in the onsite pools (indoor and outdoor) which was fun although having to walk back to the house in our wet swimming gear as the changing rooms were closed owing to COVID was bracing to say the least! We also took advantage of the onsite bicycle and kayak hire which meant apart from a day trip to Cirencester, we hardly left the site itself owing to an abundance of things to do in Lower Mill Estate itself. Would recommend a 15 minute walk to the Bakers Arms for lunch - they have a diverse menu and the mussels were excellent. Only minor gripe is the lack of a toilet on the same floor as the living room/kitchen/dining area but that didn't detract from the overall experience. We only live an hour away in Oxford so I can see us going back to Lower Mill Estate again. In all, a wonderful surprise!

Great location in the heart of St Margarets. Close to the train station and to the many independent cafes and shops. Just a short walk to Richmond and Thames Riverside. Comfortable accommodation, well equipped with a nice garden.

The place was as described. Spotlessly clean. The host were very easy to contact and communicate with. The apartment was 10 mins away from centre of Windsor and so convenient to have your own parking! Highly recommended!

Spent a relaxing week here in july 2020, wife and 2 kids. The location is the best. Overlooking the largest lake on the lower mills estate. beautiful , peaceful, views in the morning as sun rises over the lake, . The location is great. 5 mins from the spa and swimming pool., resturant. Waitrose is about 20 mins drive away. Spend a day at the cotswold water park which is 5 mins away, book online as it gets busy. Advise to logg on to the lower mills website before your trip to book slots at the spa, swimming pool , and tennis courts, BOOK EARLY FOR THESE SLOTS. Make sure visit the activity hub to book hire of bikes, canoes, etc... Would recommend for the beautiful views over the lake.

Lucy’s apartment is the perfect get away. It’s bang in the centre of Windsor but very quiet. The castle is a 10 minute walk and there are numerous places to eat and a couple of supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Highly recommend the Viceroy Indian. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. If I had to pick one fault it would be that it’s incredibly warm inside. Not sure if the people below had their heating on but even when it was cold and wet outside it was still very hot inside. Perfect for the winter though! Lucy was a great host, very communicative and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

From the initial tenancy set up, to any issues through the tenancy and the ending check out process, they were very professional and helpful throughout. A very friendly small local team. Everyone at Emmerson was so helpful, lovely and efficient while I was with them. Lightbulbs that needed replacing were seen to the next day, and the check in/out process was very professional and efficient. I rented a property through Emmersons and also dealt with them when I vacated. I always felt like I was more than just another tenant. Whenever there were any issues, they were addressed immediately with warmth and concern. When visiting the agency, it felt more like a family with a professional but easy manner, rather than your typical office. Recently, they worked hard to try and fine me new accommodation. 🙏2

From the time I came to the UK, I moved three times and dealt with many agencies. Emmersons was an excellent agency to rent from. Everything was easy and comfortable dealing with them. What a little gem. Fabulous light airy stylish space with everything needed. Extremely comfortable bed too! The appartment is new and has a lift which is very useful when travelling with luggage! The welcome pack was very informative. Very secure as the property is gated with the added bonus of parking and only a 10 minute walk to Windsor town centre. Very quick and efficient communication with the landlord. You won’t be disappointed with a stay here!
