We rented a property through Emmersons for 10 months. We had to vacate the property and move to another city by breaking the lease during COVID times. They were super helpful and understanding with our frequently changing situation, very considerable due to kids being with us. We can't thank them enough for all their support. Very responsive whenever there were any issues. They were very fair in returning our deposit. Brilliant team and service. Please don't hesitate to contact them if you are looking for property. If you need to rent a property in Bucks or Berks area you can be sure Emmerson Lettings will make the whole process of renting a flat or hause quick and hassle free. Steven and his dedicated team will sort everything in professional manner, answering any questions you may have. When the deal is done and you moved in you may count on exccelent after care. Any issues whatsoever, boiler or appliances breakdown, just let them know and it will be sorted promptly, and you will be informed of a progress in solving your matter every step of the way. We have been with them for 2. 5 year and it was alway very positive experience. Thank you for your support, involvement and services. Although I've been with Emmerson for less than a year, they have been by far THE BEST. I have been living with rent for 6 years now and never have I had an agency so involved acting with professionalism and care towards the tenants the way you do. A good house in a beautiful location. We loved the view of the lake from the kitchen-living room, it was extremely relaxing and made the house for us. Amenities in the house were as described and communication from the hosts was brilliant. We also enjoyed making use of the tennis court and swimming pool and had some lovely walks around the lakes with our dog. The estate is a great location for family breaks.

Very cosy place with such an amazing view ! Really appreciated the house, equipments, kitchenware etc. A bit chilly in the night as the heating system automatically stopped for the night. Just be mindful to double check your bookings for the activities in the park/estate of the house.

Beautiful house. Pictures don’t do it justice. The community has nice amenities like the spa. The restaurant service was very slow and the outdoor heaters were not working. As far as the house is concerned, it’s very stylish and peaceful. I would certainly come back

This house is an amazing location, over looking one of the lakes with direct access. It is within the Lower Mill Estate, which is a private gated holiday location with its own fields, lakes etc, with loads of activities to do on your door step (swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing, walking, tennis, bike riding etc). The house itself is well appointed with all the equipment you would need. Lucy was an outstanding host, extemly quick to respond and very helpful.

We have been the very first guests and really enjoyed our stay here! Highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway, a little work trip etc. Beautiful space, perfect amount of room for two people. Super clean and peaceful! We would be delighted to return. Lucy and Adrian was so lovely, very nice people. As recommended by Lucy and Adrian we went for a little walk by the river - Bourne End Marina, as described, stunning place. Only few minutes away from the place where we stayed. Amazing!

Nice Ground floor flat in a great location with garden, close to station complete with all necessities. Notes:- Flat has bonus of a garden, but if you have a dog there is a gap in the perimeter. If travelling by car you will need to purchase parking permits for daytime parking.

Perfect location in a quality cottage with lovely hosts. We stayed at cobblestones for a weekend of relaxation and quietness and the property and area were perfect. The cottage was immaculate and the facilties were fully comprehensive. Cannot recommend this property highly enough. Lovely place for a stay.

Brilliant location we walked to everything, would be a great space for anyone wanting to get away or to discover Hampshire as so much on the doorstep. Travelling in these times is very difficult as no one can really get to know the essence of their location but as a past visitor to the area we can recommend all the village facilities for eating out etc and we only hope they will all return one day to full trading Very clean and all that you need

This is indeed a perfectly located flat. So perfect, that we have actually decided we want to live in this area! (Saint Margarets) Everything is within reach: small boutique shops, best coffies and bakeries, Thems river, Richmond, Marble Hill park and much more. Train station just around the corner. Lucy is at the top level of all hosts we've known: Her ongoing support, always making sure we have everything we need, guiding us in many things other than the accomodation itself, made her no less than a perfect host ! She has actually taken responsibility of our well being! (and it is not eazy to take care of a family with 3 children) We love you Lucy!!!

A beautiful house in Cambridge to enjoy some time. So convenient for the city centre, train station and the bustling Mill Road area with loads of independent shops. Beautifully presented with everything you need for a stay. The host was very helpful in sending through information in advance and responding to any questions. Easy check in and hassle free. We have now booked on two occasions already for colleagues to stay, and we will definitely be booking again!

Stayed here with my girlfriend and our three month old just before the second lockdown. Lucy was great at replying quickly with the booking and helped with any queries we had. She was also extremely helpful on our last day when we wanted to leave slightly later than planned. The house itself is beautiful and spacious with incredible views over a lake from the comfort of the open plan lounge/kitchen or the balcony. It had all the amenities you need and expect and more. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Nice flat for staying as if in your own home. They have all the things in the flat, and Lucy & Adrain are very friendly hosts who communicate well and are always willing to help. Good stay. The small bed room has a bunk bed which is good for kids but is a little too small for adults.

Lovely little house, FANTASTIC location - right next to the station and the wonderful Mill Road with cafes, shops, bars etc. House was warm, welcoming and cosy, equipped with all essentials. Just all the little things - like milk in the fridge, extra loo-roll, and tea&coffee - had been thought of and provided. Lucy was an exceptionally communicative and helpful host, even making a special trip to make sure the house was finished and ready for us to rent. She even left flowers and wine! We were making a socially-distanced visit to family nearby, and this house gave us all the flexibility we needed. Front bedroom (which was huge for this type of house) divided brilliantly into 2 x full-size singles for our kids. The smaller bedroom was cosy, peaceful and private for us grown-ups - with comfy bed and lovely crisp linens. Downstairs was surprisingly spacious with large sofa and great dining area for 6 . Kitchen v clean and had more storage/worksurfaces than we expected. House was priced v reasonably for this area and we felt we got excellent value for our money. We will definitely be back.
