  Great house with lovely facilities. It’s in a great location, walking distance to all the on site facilities such as to the spa, pool and restaurant and short drive from the local town and man made beach.   An immaculately clean and newly decorated and furnished house which will serve you well if you need to be in the Ascot/Winkfield Row area. There is a useful row of shops and takeaways (Chinese tried and recommended) opposite. Parking is conveniently located at the back gate. We were the first to stay at the house. Some items could have done with a road test in advance of letting, but the hosts were attentive and I’m sure they will rectify the issues quickly.

  Cobblestones is a great location if you want to enjoy the New Forest and coast. We had a quiet and relaxing stay. Good sized garden for our dog. Short work to the town centre which has a lovely bakery and nice fish and chips. Close to Lymington for larger supermarkets. Very clean and would love to come back.

  A good house in a beautiful location. We loved the view of the lake from the kitchen-living room, it was extremely relaxing and made the house for us. Amenities in the house were as described and communication from the hosts was brilliant.   This house is an amazing location, over looking one of the lakes with direct access. It is within the Lower Mill Estate, which is a private gated holiday location with its own fields, lakes etc, with loads of activities to do on your door step (swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing, walking, tennis, bike riding etc). The house itself is well appointed with all the equipment you would need. Lucy was an outstanding host, extemly quick to respond and very helpful.
