Gem of a place, stylish, clean, modern, attention to detail was second to none. Also had our two doggies with us and it was just great. Lovely apartment! stayed there with three of my friends… the owners were really helpful when we had trouble with the dishwasher and sent a handy man round the very next day. Two minute walk to Tesco’s and train station so it’s in a very handy spot. It was very clean and well presented and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Can’t fault it!

The house was amazing, very clean & everything was provided for us. The view from the Living Room was great. The wifi in the house was good apart from the mobile wifi. Lots of places to explore in the area. The Spa was closed by. Parking was good for the 1st car to park in front of the house. The 2nd car was organised to park in the overflow car park. We enjoyed the stay there and looking to come again next year.

Good house with a great view across the lake, with a great living space and balcony and terrace. If you plan on doing watersports, (we did on 3 of 6 days), bring plenty of extra towels. Utility room and washing machine a real plus. We got deliveries from Tesco and Waitrose but Amazon couldn’t find us! We swam in the outdoor pools at the Spa and Mill Village currently need to book, both heated to 30 degrees C, the Spa pool can get quite busy. Well situated and close to lots of activities, we did lots of watersports and horse riding near Bourton on the Water. All in all well worth a visit.

We had 4 nights in Lisa’s flat in Windsor in mid July ‘21 and it was great. The flat was spotless and had everything we needed. It was in a great location too - only a 20 minute walk into Windsor and close to Legoland as well. The only reason we gave it 4 stars for check in was because we had difficulty with the key safe when we arrived, but we mentioned this to Lisa and she assured us she would look into it for the next guests. Communication was excellent both before and during our stay and we we would recommend her place to anyone looking for a short break in Windsor. Thank you Lisa.

We were the first to stay at this house. Overall, we had lovely stay. We needed a place to stay as we were in between house moves. We were there for 3 weeks. The host was always contactable even over the weekend. I have sent them a message with things I believe is required. Things like a Freesat box as the TV as it is is usable, but it is very basic. I needed a Freesat box anyway, so bought one for our stay. There is a lack of mirrors. No cupboard in the 2nd bed room. No instructions for heating the water. No tumble dryer just a washing machine. Only 1 set of keys To some, the above may seem just little things but you are paying alot of money and I personally expected them to be there. We didn't have garden furniture for the first week until they got delivered. There was no microwave but Lisa organised that immediately which was great. Overall though, we loved staying there. A little playground for the kids is basically next door, a lovely pub no more than 8 mins walk. Wokingham ctre is a short drive or a 25 min walk If they iron out the little things mentioned, it would be spot on and would not hesitate to stay again.

A lovely cottage based in the heart of a Milford on Sea. The place is clean, with all the facilities you would want for a short getaway. Our host Lisa was very professional and responded quickly when we had any queries. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great place to base yourself to explore the surrounding areas

We usually stay in a hotel when visiting Windsor. But Lisa’s flat was so much better than any hotel. The flat was immaculate. Very well appointed and very comfortable. In a great location - 10 minute walk from Windsor Castle. Lots of extra touches in the Kitchen and bathroom. Clear and accurate instructions for access. We will definitely return. Will be our first choice for accommodation when returning to Windsor in the future.

We couldn't think of anything that could be done to improve the apartment. Everything we needed was provided and it was furnished to a high standard. Location was good, about a 15 minute walk into the centre of Windsor. Check-in was easy, instructions were clear. Had a lovely stay and would definitely return if revisiting the area.

If you want a scenic location and a restful yet entertaining stay, this is the place for you! Me and my group arrived at the estate for our stay and were immediately impressed! The house is situated in a all inclusive holiday estate with many great activities, facilities and wonderful staff throughout! The house is cosyly spacious and every room is equally decorated! We loved spending time on the balcony overlooking the beautiful lake view and wildlife. Our hosts were utterly welcoming and communication was flawless, excellent to say the least. One small issue we noticed were pests at night, due to the location of this property small insects and webs were on some of the upper walls and ceilings at night which probably only needed some dusting, regardless a minuscule problem compared to the stay we enjoyed! Will most certainly be back! Many thanks to Lisa and Adrian as they handled our requests so well!
