The bungalow was a perfect base to enjoy the area. It had everything we needed and the location was great for exploring the walks and local bars pubs and restaurants. The local area is great for walks both long and short and with the beautiful New Forest on your door step there is always something to do and see.

I stayed at this Airbnb for a month. The check-in was easy and the place was absolutely immaculate. For a stay of this length the Airbnb had everything in abundance I needed, towels, bedding, etc. The kitchen had more than enough silverware and plates and glassware, microwave and oven. The beds were comfortable and the area was very quiet. Host responded promptly to any queries I had and was very approachable. A short walk to Hitchin town center. Overall an excellent Airbnb.

Perfect location and clean flat. About 15 minutes walk to Windsor Castle and you can find cafes, shopping center, waitrose and everything you need. Lisa and her colleagues We're very helpful and I have had a happy stay for 1month. Highly Recommend!

We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of September and, overall, we enjoyed our visit. The location of the property is peaceful and very scenic, especially as the property overlooks a lake. Although the property was roomy enough for our group of 4, it would be a very tight squeeze for 8 guests, as the bedrooms are compact and there are only 2 bathrooms (one of which being an ensuite). The Lower Mill Estate, where the property is located, offers a swimming pool and spa, which we were very happy to use. However, the indoor pool capacity (currently 60 people per slot) should be reconsidered as, although the pool is large, it would be difficult to swim and quite uncomfortable at full capacity, especially given Covid-19 health and safety measures. We also felt that the property itself could do with a little TLC - a more thorough cleaning would be needed all round, particularly in the outdoor spaces, e.g. the balcony.

My partner and I stayed here with our dog while we waited to complete on our house move. The house is immaculate, newly renovated to a high standard and is really well equipped for longer stays. Loads of storage (even for all of our moving boxes) and large rooms to relax in. Bed is comfy, good shower, quiet area, parking right outside. Couldn’t have asked for more for the price. We extended our stay when our move was delayed and the team was excellent in accommodating us.

Very close to the railway station(5mins) and City centre(8mins) by wallking. Great communication! Lisa and her colleagues are very helpful and quick response! The court environment is quiet except there is a boy's college nearby.Everything listed on the website is provided! Most likely we will visit again next year!

The house is neat, clean and well maintained. The hosts are very responsive, friendly and polite. The bathroom is a bit small. Other than that, it is a nice place to stay and we had a good time here! Fyi, the place has 2 double beds and no single bed.

We had a lovely stay here. The property was very clean, spacious and great location to access all that Milford on Sea has to offer. We stayed here whilst visiting family and would definitely book this property again when we are next this way. If you are planning a staycation to Milford on Sea, make sure you visit The Wash House in the village for a pint or two.

The Smarter Rent team are a highly professional organisation and deserve their recognition as a super host. We needed this unit as a two month rent due to the delayed completion of our property. Plenty of parking for two cars and friendly neighbours. Shops and facilities are all nearby but you will need a car here. Nothing was two much trouble for Lisa. There was no microwave on our arrival one was ordered and delivered the next day. Problem with the shower screen the plumber came out the next day and replaced it. I needed a second key Lisa dropped it in the next day. The bed could have been more comfortable and the property only really has room for 2 people. Drying clothes is fun as there is no back garden or tumble dryer. In essence this is good for about a month, longer than that and if you are used to bigger spaces you will start to notice it. But these are minor things and in the main it was a fantastic experience and one we would recommend without hesitation. Once again thanks to Lisa and Adrian for being exceptional hosts.

A fab bungalow that was home from home. Plenty of space, everything was clean and new and we would definitely stay again. Great location in a beautiful village with so much there ! Fab village green, fish n chip shop, amazing pubs and restaurants and a lovely beach. It was very central for exploring the New Forest.

Quiet location but close to shops and restaurants. Parking a nightmare. No other massive issues and everything in the house you could ask for was there. Good powerful shower. First time with Airbnb usually use hotels, so was a bit strange for us staying in someone else’s house. With a few improvements and a good spring clean would be a very nice home.

Cheap with a very good location. We expected the apartment block to be quite noisy, but actually it was very quiet. We had an issue with some dirty towels that were left and not replaced with fresh ones, but the team came back the next day to give us some more and also gave us a bottle of wine as a sorry. Great place to stay if you’re looking for something cheap and nearby the train station.

We really enjoyed our stay in this large garden flat. The location is fantastic - you're 2 minutes walk from St Margaret's train station and very close to some gorgeous local walks - Richmond Riverside, Marble Hill Park, a stroll along the Thames. There are fabulous independent shops close by - butchers, wine/beer, clothing, coffee and much more. The flat itself was just as good as it looked in the pictures and very well equipped. There is a huge kitchen and the living room looks out onto the garden. We loved our stay here and would definitely return.

Fabulous base in this lovely gem of a village. Extremely clean home, everything we could need for our week’s holiday, even poo bags for the pup!! House is less than 10min walk to the beach and town. Great array of pubs & restaurants for such a small place. We will def be back!
