This was a great base in the village to explore the area and leave the car in the drive. Lots to do in the area and great places to eat and drink in Milford. Check out the events at the community centre as we were lucky to see a fantastic jazz band.

Cobblestones is a lovely compact, warm and clean place to stay . The bungalow has plenty of space is clean, warm and comfortable. Despite seeming to be in a busy residential area it is quiet and peaceful. The communication and directions were clearly given and we enjoyed our stay . Milford on Sea is a charming village by the sea. The high street is very well served by Independent shops , a visit to the bakery is a must for great bread/cakes and coffee. Wine bars , coffee houses and quality gift shops. No need to take car out as lots of good restaurants within walking distance. For those who like to walk and enjoy the stunning land/sea scapes take left turn walk to Keyhaven . walking left toward the coastal path to Lymington or right towards Barton On Sea and Christchurch. The amazing nature reserve and salt marshes on one side and the sea on the other. Breathtaking on a clear evening watching the sunset over the marshes and joining the bird watchers with all their cameras and sound equipment. Suggest to read about the area before the holiday to really be aware of the history and natural aspects this part Hampshire and the New Forest .

The house is lovely with everything you need, some small maintenance issues that I have brought to Lisa’s attention nothing major. I liked that the TV has the most up to modern software so we could watch all TV providers, Netflix, Amazon Prime, BBC I-Player Freeview and Mitch more. Because of the local council the bin collection program, you are stuck with the rubbish for 3 week at a time nothing Lisa could do about that. We had a lovely stay and we’re gutted that we could not extend our stay as some else got in before us. Would recommend.

Lisa's flat is very nice and on a quiet cul-de-sac, it is very homely and comfortable. A lot of thought has been put into making sure you have almost anything you could need during your stay. Even if something is missed, Lisa and her team are extremely quick to respond and are very helpful. The location in town is also pretty good and it is walking distance to an extremely good takeaway (Lokanta).

A lovely, warm and cozy apartment with little signs of the owner to give it that homely feel. Good communication by the management office enabling check-in and the little issues that cropped up easily handled. Really close to Richmond main commercial centre and all its offerings of its wide and varied restaurants and supermarkets with easy access to the Thames river path and surrounding parks. Made adjusting to a new place and enjoying the holiday that much faster and easier. Highly recommended and hope to be back again in the not too distant future .

A little disappointed, photos do the place a LOT of justice, hard to find and even harder to access especially with luggage or buggy. Much smaller than expected, only one mirror in the main bedroom ( none in bathroom) which makes getting ready difficult with more than one person. Very clean but I with the high cleaning charges you’d expect it to be, for the size of the flat I think they are excessive. Early check out at 10 is also disappointing.

Lisa and the team are great 😊 we have been welcomed and made to feel at home. Definitely SuperHosts. I would highly recommend this lovely cottage in Bray. We have made it home for now but we will be sad to leave. Neighbours are also very friendly and helpful which is a plus for long term stays. A really nice apartment, comfy, with everything you need for a short or longer stay. Furniture was very comfortable and detailed check-in guidance was issued the day before arrival. (The address does exist, even though Google hasn’t worked it out yet- it’s right next to Shaftesbury Court which is listed on Google). The complex is entered through a security gate and parking is right outside in the resident parking area. The only things to note if you’re looking to book this apartment are: it’s right by the train line which can be a bit noisy, and on the 2nd (top) floor with no lift. There is also a secondary school right behind the block of apartments- I was out all day so didn’t affect my stay at all.

Lisa’s flat was extremely cozy. Everything was new and thought through. Perfectly decorated welcoming place. Location was great for me also, close to the local cafe for warm croissants and coffee and close to the local park. Easy checking in process. I’d highly recommend this to a couple or a single person.

Extremely nice cozy place to stay. Super clean and tidy, modern home design with good living accessories. Right next to a trail, it gives a quiet and peaceful woodland view from the house. Walking path to the wood straight away which is perfect for family activities. Host is very responsive and helpful, sorted out our needs, supportive and generous. Good communication experience. Bracknell is also a great location, easy access to supermarkets, parks town centre, also short driving distance to other towns. Highly recommend this place!

Flat is ok but our stay was a comedy of errors. The sofa bed had been removed so there wasn’t enough room for all of us to sleep. There is no mirror in the property other than the bathroom cabinet which is too high for anyone short and has no plug nearby. A real issue for those of us who like to do hair and make up. And the clean arrived 45 mins before check out to strip the bed and put the dirty linen and towels in the washing machine. My son was still in the bath. Not good. However, communication was good and an offer of a resolutions to the lack of bed was helpful. Location of flat is good, something needs to be done about the mud outside the patio door.

We have stayed at Lower Mill Estate many times and cannot fault it for a relaxing family break. We'd not stayed for Christmas before so that was a treat and the house was lovely with a fully decorated tree. Lots to do and a warm cosy house to relax in. We love it here so are only full of compliments. The house only has one shower which is probably in the details but we missed this and it was a bit of a pain but overall a lovely house and stay.

Great little bungalow for a budget get away. Fantastic spot to explore the New Forest from. Lovely village, off road parking and a short walk to the beach. Bungalow was warm and very clean. Great to have Netflix and Amazon Prime as we were there In December with long dark evenings with the children!

Nice, pet-friendly two bed house. The enclosed garden is great for dogs. Off road parking just behind house was good. It was very warm. Even when the radiators were all turned off, they stayed warm meaning windows needed to be open at night. The place overall was clean but for the steep £90 cleaning fee I wouldn't have expected cobwebs in a couple of rooms. Overall it was a pleasant stay, and I'd happily book there again.

We had a lovely stay at Cobblestones with our dog. The bungalow is comfortable and well equipped and so well situated for a short walk into the village and so close to the coast too, perfect location. We will definitely be back, loved the village. We were made to feel really welcome wherever we went and the pubs are very dog friendly too so a prefect place to holiday with our pup.

We stayed here for two months when we moved to the UK from Canada. It was a great temporary place while we waited for our stuff to arrive. We really liked the location. It was super close to Ascot race course. We walked over there most days and had a lovely walk. The place is small, but pretty well appointed. The kitchen is very large the living room is very comfortable. The master bedroom had a very large wardrobe. But the second bedroom was quite small there was a bed in it and nothing else. So just be mindful of that. Parking was super easy and we came and went through the back door. It was very convenient to have the shops across the street. All in all we really enjoyed our stay there with definitely do that again.

We stayed here, as our house is being renovated. The flat is very spacious for a one bedroom, it’s lovely, airy and clean. The furnishings are contemporary. The bathroom and kitchen are fully functional. The flats living room overlooks a school, so at lunch and break times it is slightly noisy. However with the doors and windows closed the noise is minimum. It’s a great location and great food choices. We loved it so much we wanted to extend our stay. We will definitely use this apartment again, and the hosts were great. The communication nice easy. It really is a home away from home.
