We had such a great stay! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a few days away. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything so easy. The highlight for us was the big garden — the kids absolutely loved having so much space to play. We’d love to come back again!

We had a great stay. The host, Alex, was very responsive to enquiries, and the place was well located—close to the A4 and convenient for everything we wanted to do. The accommodation was clean and had good facilities. One small suggestion would be to upgrade from the Nescafé coffee provided to a Nespresso machine, which would make mornings even better. But Overall, highly recommended!

This was a difficult stay. As a property management company, we feel that there was a lot left to be desired with their upkeep. We had to arrange 7 people using 1 shower to get ready for work because the other was leaking into the ceiling and walls. There were no lights in the kitchen/living room as the leak meant they were turned off. As our team returning after 11PM/midnight they couldn't use either room adequately. The repairman showed up at 8AM Monday as people were just waking & the housecleaner hovered outside until we had checked out at 10, which made for an uncomfortable & rushed morning. Last minute we were told about controlled parking zone on the street which again was inconvenient to work around. Though the place was clean, this was not a comfortable stay, starting from our initial booking when everyone had to submit copies of their drivers license, even after the company had all names, email addresses & mobile nos. This seemed over the top and a privacy breech.

Great little house that met our needs well for a few days. We thought the house was actually nicer than it is in the photographs. The location is lovely but slightly isolated on a little spit of land down the road from the Marina, nothing is really accessible by foot so I'm glad we had a car. We visit this part of the country regularly and use Airbnb a lot, I would definitely come back to this property.

Had a great stay! I would definitely book again as it was perfect. It’s a 20 min walk in to Wokingham, and you have local buses right outside. The house was very clean, comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms.

The place was okay- and over all the experience was fine. Well stocked kitchen, very responsive, very spacious and huuge garden! There were quite a lot of marks on a lot of the carpets. The desk and sofa are pretty scuffed and also have marks. But maybe what expected for a well used bnb.

Just returned from a lovely break. The house is modern, clean and full of all of the essentials. The location is great, a short drive to Windsor and Legoland, and close to Maidenhead to get the train into London. Quiet location, with off road parking and an enclosed garden so the little one could play outside were all appreciated. Thanks for having us.

really lovely base in Wokingham. Really clean, modern, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Wokingham High Street has lots of shops and restaurants and a great base for Reading Festival. There is plenty of free parking if you are prepared to walk a short 10 minutes. Definitely recommend

My family and I stayed in a SmarterRent home in Surrey for ~6 months. We moved from the US to the UK, and we needed a proper home for us and our pets while we completed the selection and purchase of our home in London. We loved our home! It had all of the critical elements a family needs, especially a washer dryer. The house was also reasonably close to convenient grocery choices, parking for our car right out front, an outstanding GP, and easy train access to London. Most importantly, our home was incredibly pet friendly. All of the furnishings were easy to maintain, and caring for the property was simple because it was well decorated and designed to be useable by a family. I have stayed overseas in quality hotels that were not as comfortable or hospitable as our home. We could buy groceries and cook our own dinner. This option was far more flexible and ultimately more affordable than a serviced apartment, and we felt like proper homeowners while living there. And, critical for any pet owner relocating to greater London, PET FRIENDLY!!! Highly recommend, 10/10. I hope this review helps you when planning your move. ❤️2

We rented a 2 bed flat in Surrey through Smarter Rent and had an overall positive experience. The flat itself was lovely; very clean when we moved in, nicely furnished, and clearly well looked after. It felt like home right away, and for the price, the quality of both the property and furnishings offered excellent value for money. The team were generally friendly, polite, and responsive, and they were fully accommodating throughout the tenancy. One downside was that we felt quite rushed into moving in. The process moved quickly and we didn’t have as much time or clarity as we would have liked before taking possession of the property. A bit more time and transparency at that stage would have made for a smoother start. We also experienced ongoing issues with the hot water system. Throughout our stay, we were only able to get hot water by turning on the central heating. We raised this several times, and although engineers were sent out, the issue was never fully resolved. While the communication around this was fairly consistent, the lack of a permanent solution was frustrating. That said, the flat itself was a very comfortable place to live, and the furnishings and cleanliness really made a difference. When our next rental property unexpectedly fell through, Smarter Rent were kind enough to extend our stay, and that flexibility helped us out tremendously during a stressful time. Thank you again to the Smarter Rent team for providing a clean, well-equipped home and for being so accommodating when we needed it most :) ❤️1

A quiet, clean and comfortable well equipped ground floor flat. It contained everything we needed for our week's stay, visiting relatives in the area. There was plenty of room in the flat, with lots of storage in the bedroom. The kitchen was pristine, and there was a very clean and good sized bathroom, and the lovely fluffy towels are always a bonus. The flat is in a good location for exploring the many towns and villages nearby, and close to the Thames path. There is a lovely pub with good food 5 min walk away and lots of nice restaurants a short drive away. We had a very pleasant stay and would certainly use this property again.

We recently travelled as a family and stayed at the property. You can tell it had recently been renovated, the decor was fabulous and the whole house was lovely and clean. The carpets were so soft and the sofa was very comfy! The hosts did everything to ensure we knew what to do upon arrival and check out and the property was in an ideal location for our stay - we visited legoland and Windsor.

Excellent location for access to Central London Tube and Trains to outside of London sites. We enjoyed the Thames River Walk and easy access to tour Kew Gardens, too. Walkable to convenient stores, an array of restaurants of all kinds to enjoy. We four friends enjoyed the comfortable accommodations, too. Efficient bathrooms and nice kitchen and plenty of space in the living areas too. Bedrooms are roomy and comfy.

We overall enjoyed our stay there. I LOVED the shower with the instant hot water. There is park in the backyard, the little one enjoyed that. Very walkable to restaurants and shops. The beds are pretty comfortable. I like the parking spot right in front of the home. There is a washer you can use, but theres only a flimsy clothes rack for drying. It was not well stocked for 3 people and an 8 day stay. We used the two trash bags, no extra set of linens or towels. There are no fans in the house, The bedrooms need ceiling fans installed. I was very uncomfortable till I eventually purchased a fan. After a 9 hour flight, I arrived at 8am, but there were no early check-in option.
