I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was lovely, clean, and exactly as described. It was easy to find, and the whole experience felt smooth from start to finish. The host, Alex, was amazing, very responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. It’s a great place to stay, and I’ll definitely be booking again next time I’m in the area. Highly recommended!

We had a great 16-day stay. The flat was clean and comfortable, with clean and comfy beds. It’s in a lovely area with easy access to nice cafes and restaurants. Kitchen tools could have been better, and a coffee machine would be a great addition, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Thanks!

Great clean and well decorated property. great communication. Everything worked. Quiet and peaceful. The description notes parking on premesis but this is not the case if you need to park directly outside. There is shared parking approx 50m away, but was always full so we had to park on the main road near to the property.

The house was nice, the location was good. However there was a smell throughout of marajuana, mouldy and dirty washing machine which ruined clothes and couldn’t be used, mouldy smell throughout ground floor, garden littered with cigarette butts and other illegal substances. Although the team were responsive to try to alleviate the issues and did send a cleaner. The washing was not resolved and I had to incur cost external to wash clothes and no discount was offered for the inconvenience and for the property not being as advertised. The property itself was nice, spacious, good layout, nice little garden and well decorated and furnished.

The location was nice, home looked like the photos, we liked the interior design, home was clean, garden was well-kept, easy access to Reading and lovely lake and country parks very close by, supermarkets close by. The property lacked hand soap in both bathroom and downstairs toilet and kitchen, and there were no oven gloves. It also lacked shower gel, shampoo etc. which I do not particularly mind, but at this price point majority of Airbnb's provide them. We had some issues with the shower temperature and dishwasher beeping, the first of which could not be resolved during our stay and made the shower unusable. Both affected the comfort and enjoyment of our stay and the value of the stay. We were not happy with resolution with our host following our stay and had to further resolve with AirBnB.

The accommodation was very clean and spacious, and definitely worth the price. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, it happened to be unusually warm in Bracknell during my stay. Overall, I had a great stay!

We had a long stay whilst moving out of the local area. It was a good property to continue with schools and day to day family life while we moved. The kitchen, bathroom and outdoors we really useful for a long stay. Kitchen was well appointed, could do with oven gloves, tongues and a grill tray to make best use. Good size fridge and great to have washer and full size dishwasher

Great little flat on the ground floor. It had a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The location is just behind Eton high street and walking distance to Windsor (uphill on the way there, downhill on way back) and very close to the College, so location is great. The allocated parking space was useful too.

Alex's AriBnB is in a great location. Easy access to Twickenham train station (5 min walk), the Stadium (20 min walk), the river (3min walk) and plenty of nice eateries and supermarkets/shops. The flat is compact and comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. The convenience of a comprehensive kitchen area which was very handy. He even provided some complementary teas (various types), coffee, biscuits and milk in the fridge! Free under cover parking at the property was a real bonus, too. Especially, during the recent very days. It was nice to get into a cool car :) The only thing to consider is that as there is no lift this flat will not work for anyone with mobility difficulties. All in all we had a lovely time!

We had a lovely stay. It's a clean and spacious property located in a quiet area, which we appreciated. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, and we enjoyed having access to the garden (though a chair for the deck would be welcome!). The kitchen was well stocked, and thoughtful touches like milk, biscuits, tea, and coffee were appreciated. I wanted to offer a few points of feedback: * I noticed there were no mattress or pillow protectors on the beds. *For guests with pets, it would be helpful to have cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner, as without these it was a bit awkward. * No hooks/towel rails in the bathroom, so I had to get creative (I found an overdoor coat hook which vaguely worked on the shower screen, it didn't fit the door). Also, the plug in the bathroom sink gets stuck and required unscrewing or using dental floss to release. *One of the photos on the listing shows a shed, but there isn't one. *Take the turn for William Russell Court, much closer to park.

We were looking for the serviced apartment-like experience we know from Hong Kong to find somewhere to live for a couple of months while our house was being renovated. It’s not easy to find a company fulfilling this niche but we did find Smarter Rent who have been brilliant. Very helpful finding the right place, the house was in good condition, clean and well stocked. Admin was easy, their cleaners are excellent. Highly recommended. ❤️1

We have been very pleased with our accommodation with Smarter rent. They are always available to help with any problems. We had two medium term rental homes and both were of a very high standard. We did feel that they could have supplied clean bedding during our stays as neither property had drying facilities so had to laundry services. Altogether a very good rental service.

Our stay was mostly pleasant, but there were a few issues. The initial lockbox didn’t work, requiring us to contact the emergency line for an alternate code for an other box, which worked fine. The outdoor trash cans were overflowing upon arrival. The property’s location next to a school meant noise from children and teachers during the day, and school drop-off/pick-up times caused neighborhood congestion. The beds were springy and not very comfortable. Overall, the host was responsive, but these factors impacted our experience.

Excellent host and an excellent stay. House was clean and tidy, has all amenities required- washing machine, dishwasher, cooler, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine plenty of towels! Super easy check in with lots of local walks. Parking is plenty big enough for a few cars, each room in the house was clean and tidy and very homely. Garden was also clean, tidy and maintained. Extra perks such as kitchen roll, hand soap, washing up liquid, bin bags, tea towels, scourers all made out stay easy and drama free. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us

My parents stayed here for 10 days and really enjoyed it. The apartment was quiet, comfortable, and had everything they needed. The kitchen was especially handy for preparing simple meals. It’s about a 5-minute walk to Richmond Hill, 10 minutes to the station and Waitrose - very easy to get around. Communication with the host was straightforward. I personally live in the borough and would highly recommend the apartment for its comfort and convenience .

Beautiful house with plenty of space for 8 people. Short weekend stay, lovely garden to sit and enjoy the sun. Bed was very comfortable, en suites made it easier for everyone to get ready for the day. The bathrooms/showers could do with some updating as water was spraying a bit all over the place.

Had a wonderful stay in Richmond. This apartment is close to the railway and bus stations, and easy walking to the riverside. Although this second story apartment is on a busy road, the bedroom is very quiet and the area is peaceful and safe. Would definitely recommend it.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at one of Alex’s properties in Eton. Flat 2 is a cracking little one bedroom. Spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. Kitchen shelves are very high for those of us without a height advantage so I couldn’t actually reach a full set of crockery - maybe using the lower cupboards could be considered for bowls, plates and glasses please? Only thing missing as it was very warm and you can’t leave ground floor windows open all night would be a fan in the bedroom please. Parking challenge was resolved by the team contacting the resident blocking the space so everything works well if you need help. The flat is pristine and very comfortable and I’d definitely recommend and stay again.

Lovely house and neighbourhood. Comfortable furniture. Neat, tidy, smart finish. Easy to access from the west. Unfortunately, we arrived in the afternoon when it was 27 degrees outside and the heating was on so it was around 29 in the house. There was no thermostatic valve on the hallway radiator, so we had to fashion something to turn the small valves off. In the kitchen, on the whole there were lovely facilities. But the kettle would only boil water 1-2 times in a relatively short space of time before not working. Couldn’t get the toaster to work. No sharp knives or bread knives. Essentials list includes soap. There was no hand soap in any bathroom.
