Really nice and comfortable house. Spotless and well-maintained. The neighbourhood is really nice and safe. Very convenient for getting into Guilford town (bus stop right outside the house). Great communication - very fast to respond and a minor issue was resolved quickly.

Het huisje was goed ingericht en schoon, maar wel standaard goedkoop materiaal.. Ideaal voor 4 personen met eigen badkamer. Tv met bank heerlijk. en goede wasmachine met droger!! Als je niets speciaals wilt, en zeker niets persoonlijks , dan is het perfect. De omgeving dichtbij was niet zo bijzonder. De wijk is keurig.

The house was quite tired and in need of maintenance. The bath taps did not work, the shower would not run hot unless the cold tap on the sink was turned on. When I first pointed this out it took hours for one of the replies, blamed on a change of shift. 3 days later someone came to look at the issue but could not be fixed. I also felt like I had to keep pointing out issues with the property so as not to get the blame for these issues. The sofas were ripped, radiators were peeling paint, and there were missing basics like a bottle opener and grater - although when I pointed this out they said they would order some from Amazon. Also when I arrived the bins were full from the previous visitors, and with their comments of additional fines this felt like another thing I had to point out. The team also make you sign an additional contract and asked for photo ID of everyone in the party which felt excessive. When I asked why and what they did with this data they did not reply.

The space was very clean and has everything you need. Comfortable beds, clean linen, white large and luxurious towels. Only one toilet with shower/bath (no toiletries provided) The kitchen was complete, clean and beautiful to work in (cleaning supplies & bin bags provided) The place was smaller than expected and is very close to the neighbors. Although there was a small garden and many windows around the house, we didn’t feel comfortable opening them due to the proximity and visibility into the house. There was no privacy! Windows didn’t have a safety mechanism so we didn’t feel safe opening them through the night. Perhaps this is something you can add. Noise level was as expected, some traffic and dogs barking. We slept well regardless as the beds were really comfortable. Parking is not allocated. It’s FCFS in a busy residential. This is a pet friendly home. While we knew this, we didn’t think it would be a problem except that it did have a smell. Not for those with allergies

Place was pristine and cosy, instructions were perfectly clear, (pay and display) car park was just a few steps away, few nice basic essentials such as washing up liquid, tea towel, washer and diswasher tablets, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, etc. The team were very responsive and helpful. Very handy location. One tiny thing, the description doesn't mention that the apartment is next door to a pub which, on one of our 3 nights, had live music. It was absolutely fine and not a massive deal but it made our daughter get up a time or 2 which was more annoying to us than anything! However, it's also next door to a decent chinese takeaway on the other side which was just what we needed one night! Would 100% return.

Great little flat, as described and worked fine for us. It was quite a long stay for a small flat, with a big dog, but we were between houses and this is what we could find in the area. Quiet block of flats with no issues, neighbours (in the next door house) were a bit rowdy a couple of times at the weekend, but no issues with flats. Parking for one car, and the other was on the road outside. Good walks for the dog in the area. Clean and tidy flat, with everything you need. Oven and hob took a little bit of working out but got there in the end. Would definitely recommend this flat - probably better for a short term stay.

Clean and bright flat in Eton a few minutes walk from Windsor - great location close to the High St with quaint coffee shops and cafes. Flat itself is well appointed with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Be aware you must climb one steep set of stairs to access the flat and second once inside to get the living level. Bring heavy luggage at your own risk! Flat itself had everything we needed for 3 adults and had plenty of kitchenware. Washer/ dryer combo and dishwasher were very nice to have.

We had a great stay in Wokingham - the village is charming and it was a great base camp for visiting LEGOLAND, Thorpe Park and Brighton. The rooms were very comfortable and everyone slept well. It is on quite a busy road which people might not like but we adjusted quickly. The house was warm but thankfully the windows let in a good breeze along with some strategic fans, we couldn’t operate the velux but we managed without it. We cooked once in the kitchen and it had everything we needed (maybe some wooden spoons to save pots from metal utensils) and there were plenty of plates, bowls, mugs and glassware. We used the dishwasher and washing machine and again both were great. Gail’s on the high street is a must for cakes and coffee as is the Japanese restaurant on the corner for a meal. There was a little noise from the pub next door but nothing after 11 that we really noticed. All in all the stay was fabulous!

the place is very nice and homey. beds and sheets nice and clean. the problems were: after reservation we were required to sign an unfair agreement and only after requesting that was waived. the sofa was torn, there were unclean dishes, the salt ran out, not enough spoons. however as I wrote- all together it was a very nice house and we had a good experience.

Small, comfortable house in quiet location. Strength, 10 minutes drive to Guildford which is a superb town. Merrow is a suburban location with no noise but you are near good pubs and shops also few minutes drive away.

This was the perfect base for us for a few days, the apartment is spacious and spotless, and the grounds lovely. Ideal location for exploring the local area and some great easy circular dog walks from the door. Ideal location highly recommend and we will return next time we have an event. Great place to stay and I’ll try to book it again for my next business trip now that I know how to get there. Clean, quiet, near the high street with parking space it was ideal for my business trip. Great shower and kitchen everything in working order and new. I definitely won’t recommend because I want to book it for myself soon! One issue getting there. The postcode takes you to the next immediate road and if you don’t see the sign for Turks head you could easily miss. Also when tried to call the office after 5pm no one answered despite their instructions that the office is open till 9pm. Please change your instructions to match.

The house was generally ok and is in a quiet area and was clean internally. But the hosts are quite onerous with the amount of pre booking paperwork to sign and wanting pics of ID’s, ages of guests etc The property fell Down because a lack of basic amenities such as toilet roll and hand soap. With poor cookware and poor maintenance being an issue with water damaged laminate flooring in the bathroom and loose light switches in the lounge

We had a great 16-day stay. The flat was clean and comfortable, with clean and comfy beds. It’s in a lovely area with easy access to nice cafes and restaurants. Kitchen tools could have been better, and a coffee machine would be a great addition, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Thanks!

Great clean and well decorated property. great communication. Everything worked. Quiet and peaceful. The description notes parking on premesis but this is not the case if you need to park directly outside. There is shared parking approx 50m away, but was always full so we had to park on the main road near to the property.

The house was nice, the location was good. However there was a smell throughout of marajuana, mouldy and dirty washing machine which ruined clothes and couldn’t be used, mouldy smell throughout ground floor, garden littered with cigarette butts and other illegal substances. Although the team were responsive to try to alleviate the issues and did send a cleaner. The washing was not resolved and I had to incur cost external to wash clothes and no discount was offered for the inconvenience and for the property not being as advertised. The property itself was nice, spacious, good layout, nice little garden and well decorated and furnished.

The location was nice, home looked like the photos, we liked the interior design, home was clean, garden was well-kept, easy access to Reading and lovely lake and country parks very close by, supermarkets close by. The property lacked hand soap in both bathroom and downstairs toilet and kitchen, and there were no oven gloves. It also lacked shower gel, shampoo etc. which I do not particularly mind, but at this price point majority of Airbnb's provide them. We had some issues with the shower temperature and dishwasher beeping, the first of which could not be resolved during our stay and made the shower unusable. Both affected the comfort and enjoyment of our stay and the value of the stay. We were not happy with resolution with our host following our stay and had to further resolve with AirBnB.

The accommodation was very clean and spacious, and definitely worth the price. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, it happened to be unusually warm in Bracknell during my stay. Overall, I had a great stay!

We had a long stay whilst moving out of the local area. It was a good property to continue with schools and day to day family life while we moved. The kitchen, bathroom and outdoors we really useful for a long stay. Kitchen was well appointed, could do with oven gloves, tongues and a grill tray to make best use. Good size fridge and great to have washer and full size dishwasher
