We spent a month in this house and got everything we needed. A nice place for holidays allowing minimum luggage. You may consider paying for cleaning service if you wish to.

This was our second stay at Alex’s Knaphill house. While our October 2023 experience was positive, this visit had some concerns. On arrival, the house quite clean, though odors from prior guests lingered. Issues included a broken thermostat, an iced-over freezer, and no extra bedding for our six-week stay. Management addressed the thermostat a day later and replaced it, but the freezer pipes remained clogged despite cleaners scraping off ice. We declined a second inspection because of possible mess. Spare bedding was forgotten, even after a follow-up during a management inspection three weeks in. We suggested better pre-arrival inspections to enhance supervision and attention to detail. As a goodwill gesture, management sent an M&S treat package, which we appreciated.

Alex is great host, have stayed at his properties before and always great, Alex and co are always helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again. Only issue is we found the bed a little soft and bouncy but that could just be us. All up great place and so handy for Windsor and Eton. To have free parking round here is a real bonus. Thanks Alex

We were in a tricky situation with a loved one in intensive care and family were flying in from around the world. We needed refuge and calm and comfort- Alex’s place was just perfect. It was exactly as described and as per photos, location was perfect for us to be close to the hospital and lots of local supermarkets to set us up. They were kind and welcoming hosts and the house was a haven for us. Could not recommend more. Thank you.

A good place to stay while a leak of water was being sorted in my home 2 miles away. I lived there for 9 weeks. Everything that required repairing was repaired fairly quickly except for the security light that still is not working.

Excellent stay in a really well organized and equipped lodge. Loads to do in the parks main buildings, fishing in the lake is huge fun, but it was nice to hang around the house too. We had no negative comments from our party of seven and would love to return. The place is certainly worth the cost if you have a larger group, ours of seven people and three generations had no issues at all making ourselves at home

The apartment was amazing and equipped with everything that you could ask for; clean bathroom, very comfortable bed. Situated in the heart of Richmond with plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Riverside is just around the corner and the train station is only a 5 min walk away. Great stay and would highly recommend!

Ii have lived in this property for 9 weeks. Is was comfortable and warm. Things that needed putting right actioned pretty quickly. Security light needs sorting out as it is quite dark. All in all it was a life saver for me.

Loved the house and the area. Quiet and peaceful. We felt right at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for home cooking. There are also great local restaurants in town. Guildford town centre is a must visit! It is only a 45min commute to London Waterloo which was very convenient. The host was great, very responsive. I can highly recommend booking this house.

The location is perfect, super convenient. The stairs to get to the apartment can be slippery when wet, and I found them a bit dangerous as there was no handrail. The place was very clean and quite comfortable. I wish there had been a coffee machine. It was tastefully decorated.

We were impressed by the prior reviews and had a very relaxing and peaceful stay in a clean and spacious house. The beds were so comfortable, letting us sleep deeply every evening and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment to allow us to prepare a tasty breakfast in the morning. When we had time to spare in our schedule, it was nice to relax in the lounge and catch up on streaming shows. The property was just a few minutes drive from Maidenhead centre and yet such a quiet location - the adjoining properties were occupied yet at no point were we disturbed during our stay. Overall we felt very safe and happy staying there.

We had a wonderful stay at Alex’s place! Each room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, making it perfect for our group. The location was fantastic - quiet and close to everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we could possibly need which made cooking easy. The highlight was definitely the garden and the summer house, a lovely space where we enjoyed our mornings with coffee. The bbq/patio area is also very cosy. Alex was very responsive and helpful, making check-in a breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax. I highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a lovely getaway!

We needed temporary accomodation till our home renovation is complete. The flat is good size however we came across to few issues. When I arrived for check in it was difficult to locate the flat as it is unclear from instructions to which side of the building you should go to access it. It is on the side of the building so its not visible from the back/ front of the building as surrounded by fences. Parking was not available even though it says there is parking space at the back of the building. So I had to block other cars to unload and then park at the main street by tesco’s. The door has double lock and once I have closed the door I could not exit the flat as the lock handle wouldn’t lift. I had to get out through the window and use the key to unlock the flat and then block that lock so I dont get stuck again. Being 8 months pregnant I did not expect I will have to do this. Bathroom sink and radiator was leaking. Flat had smell of cigarettes and it was very noisy from the above.
