  Pretty good location , easy to access to town , station , found few bulbs not working could have checked it beforehand . No light in external porch as it’s very dark when it comes to evening , flat is ok clean but found carpet not tucked in under door bars , no oven glove need it when get hot tray out of oven , found one of pillow case had yellow stains on it . Some evenings as can smell weed from smoker down below . Slightly overpriced for my likeness . Thank you

  The house is neat and tidy but the bathroom is very small. Good for the price. Checkin was simple and the host very responsive. What made us uncomfortable is that the management company requested we sign an additional contract and provide photo ID for each adult. This was communicated after booking where there is no refund so we had no choice to comply. They sent this request via email instead of through the Airbnb app which is not advisory for privacy and security reasons. We put the bins out as requested (otherwise we would be charged) but I don’t recall this being mandatory at other Airbnb’s we’ve stayed. Aside from that, the house was in a quiet neighbourhood and was as described in the listing.

  My employee Huw stayed at Alex's property as a home away from home for a work trip. Alex was a helpful and friendly host and proactive with responses.   We loved the place. We were 2 families with 2 children each and there was so much space...it was even raining and we didn't feel enclosed. The park itself is very nice too, well looked after and tranquil. We all said we would happily come back and hope for some sunny days to walk more, we did get to go swimming though and the kids loved the mini arcades. Great area to visit, Hurst castle is quite far to walk but nice to walk around too.

  The property was very nice and the views were good. However, the property itself needed to be cleaned. The floors were dirty, the sofas were a mess, the outdoor furniture had mould on it so we could not sit outside. We were looking for the tv remote for a whole day only to find it between the sofa cushions.. says alot abt the cleanliness between guest. The dishwasher was really dirty too.

  We were blown away by this accommodation. The photos looked great, and in reality it was even better. Everything was spotless and every little detail had been thought out. It was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well equipped and it was so useful to have the washer/drier and the dishwasher. The main living space was spacious and the bedrooms were a great size. The shower was fantastic. Gorgeous location and the Waitrose down the road was really useful. As was the pub, the minnow.   Alex's place was lovely. Very clean, great kitchen, beds comfortable and was quiet. Plenty of space too. Only negative for us is the need to provide extra ID and sign an extra contract. Am already verified on AirBnB and seems a lot to do for a couple of days stay.

  The airbandb was nicely placed for exploring Reading, Oxford and Windsor. We also discovered Dinton Pastures just down the road - a hidden gem. Super railway links to London which we used during our stay. The house was really comfortable. Lovely beds and linens. We were pleasantly surprised to find a dishwasher in the property as I didn't recall seeing it on the details. A great find and would recommend.

  The house is in a great location right on one of the lakes in the Lower Mill Estate with plenty to do (stand up paddle boards to rent, swimming pools, tennis courts). It is very peaceful and beautiful. The place has plenty of space (we were 5 but you could comfortably sleep 7/8), well laid out for a group, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals for a group that size. The only negative is the patio needs a bit of a clean - it didn’t bother us as we generally sat in the kitchen area which had great views of the lake without going outside (and there are sliding doors which can be opened to get fresh air).

  Stayed at this property to be nearby for an event, great location in a lovely town! Really easy check in with a lock box meaning you can be flexible with your check in.
