I am writing about 76 Jersey Drive, Winnersh. Its a nice 2 bed house with a downstair toilet, clean and warm, with a small garden. I have used this property three times while my home was being sorted out after a leak, and its been perfect. Also good for walking my dog, as there are woods behind the property. A supermarket is very near.

Alex’s place is in a great location and only a five minute walk to the train station and ten minutes to high street. The size of the place is great and the kitchen has everything you need. Some updates are needed, but it doesn’t impact ones stay. When we arrive the trash can was broken and Alex ordered us a new one right away.

My son and daughter in law stayed here for 5 weeks with their children and dog whilst they had an extension built on their house. They were very happy with the location as the children attend a school in Hitchin and my daughter in law works locally. St Anne’s Court was perfect for them to be able to still carry on with their everyday lives plus return to their house daily to check on the building work. The place itself was very very clean and had everything they needed . Would highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you

A lovely stay. Five of us stayed here for a reunion. The property is in a great location with access to lots of popular sightseeing spots in The Cotswolds. Comfortably furnished and in good condition, it has fantastic views over the lake from the main first floor living/dining area and from two of the ground floor bedrooms. Bedrooms three and four have two single beds each, with the latter being the smallest room. The property managers were generally good at communicating. They informed us prior to our arrival that there was a problem with the gas supply and that this would be resolved on the Monday - Day 2 of our trip. It transpired that the gas suppliers wouldn’t be able to fix the problem for us. This meant that we had no central heating for our stay and we also couldn’t cook. This was a bit frustrating but wasn’t directly the fault of the landlord. They acknowledged the issues and gave us a partial refund as compensation which was gratefully received. Overall great!

Loved this lodge and would definitely come back. Everything was so easy and well communicated from start to finish. Beds were super comfy and kitchen was well stocked. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use facilities as we booked it so we could be close to family during a very difficult time. It served its purpose as a base. Hope to come back in happier times.

We stayed in this wonderful apartment for two weeks and were absolutely impressed! A huge thank you to Alex for the incredible support throughout our stay. Every query was addressed quickly and with great attention to our needs. The apartment is very conveniently located, and it has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our stay for an additional week. Highly recommend this Place!

Apart from having trouble with the hot water, and after some phone calls we turned on the emersion heater, but no one turned up to fix it. The rest of the stay was very pleasant, we liked the layout and the sleeping accommodation was very good .

Such a perfect cosy stay with everything so nearby. Waitrose and wine stores and Henley town a 2 minute walk. We had a small leak from the bathroom and it was addressed same day which was amazing!! Cant wait to stay again.

we just had our family holiday here ans already planning for next year, this apartment was gorgeous and the views were stunning!! upstairs bathroom would be the only thing for us that could make it better. the direct access to the lake was amazing for us and out paddle board 🙌 bike rides round the site and nature reserve was gorgeous. the pool indoor and outdoor was the cherry on the top for us, perfect family get away and next time we would even bother leaving the site, I can't wait to come again next year 😀

Pretty good location , easy to access to town , station , found few bulbs not working could have checked it beforehand . No light in external porch as it’s very dark when it comes to evening , flat is ok clean but found carpet not tucked in under door bars , no oven glove need it when get hot tray out of oven , found one of pillow case had yellow stains on it . Some evenings as can smell weed from smoker down below . Slightly overpriced for my likeness . Thank you

The house is neat and tidy but the bathroom is very small. Good for the price. Checkin was simple and the host very responsive. What made us uncomfortable is that the management company requested we sign an additional contract and provide photo ID for each adult. This was communicated after booking where there is no refund so we had no choice to comply. They sent this request via email instead of through the Airbnb app which is not advisory for privacy and security reasons. We put the bins out as requested (otherwise we would be charged) but I don’t recall this being mandatory at other Airbnb’s we’ve stayed. Aside from that, the house was in a quiet neighbourhood and was as described in the listing.

We loved the place. We were 2 families with 2 children each and there was so much space...it was even raining and we didn't feel enclosed. The park itself is very nice too, well looked after and tranquil. We all said we would happily come back and hope for some sunny days to walk more, we did get to go swimming though and the kids loved the mini arcades. Great area to visit, Hurst castle is quite far to walk but nice to walk around too.
