  This was a great location for what we needed. A short drive to everything you need. Close to some walks. And the house itself has everything you need. The bed/ bedding/ and towels etc is a nice touch, a really good quality. Recommended.

  The property was very nice and the views were good. However, the property itself needed to be cleaned. The floors were dirty, the sofas were a mess, the outdoor furniture had mould on it so we could not sit outside. We were looking for the tv remote for a whole day only to find it between the sofa cushions.. says alot abt the cleanliness between guest. The dishwasher was really dirty too.

  We were blown away by this accommodation. The photos looked great, and in reality it was even better. Everything was spotless and every little detail had been thought out. It was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well equipped and it was so useful to have the washer/drier and the dishwasher. The main living space was spacious and the bedrooms were a great size. The shower was fantastic. Gorgeous location and the Waitrose down the road was really useful. As was the pub, the minnow.   Alex's place was lovely. Very clean, great kitchen, beds comfortable and was quiet. Plenty of space too. Only negative for us is the need to provide extra ID and sign an extra contract. Am already verified on AirBnB and seems a lot to do for a couple of days stay.

  The airbandb was nicely placed for exploring Reading, Oxford and Windsor. We also discovered Dinton Pastures just down the road - a hidden gem. Super railway links to London which we used during our stay. The house was really comfortable. Lovely beds and linens. We were pleasantly surprised to find a dishwasher in the property as I didn't recall seeing it on the details. A great find and would recommend.

  The house is in a great location right on one of the lakes in the Lower Mill Estate with plenty to do (stand up paddle boards to rent, swimming pools, tennis courts). It is very peaceful and beautiful. The place has plenty of space (we were 5 but you could comfortably sleep 7/8), well laid out for a group, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals for a group that size. The only negative is the patio needs a bit of a clean - it didn’t bother us as we generally sat in the kitchen area which had great views of the lake without going outside (and there are sliding doors which can be opened to get fresh air).

  Stayed at this property to be nearby for an event, great location in a lovely town! Really easy check in with a lock box meaning you can be flexible with your check in.   This was our 3rd year at Lower Mill Estate and 2nd time in this particular property. We stayed in the one next door the year before. For a family with kids and a dog, this is by far the best lake to look out across and be next to. The property is also really well laid out and we love having the views in the living/kitchen area. It feels like you are connected to nature and can watch so much wildlife from the balcony. So in terms of location 5*. However, we did have some issues with the property in terms of upkeep and cleanliness. We let Alex know about them immediately and he was proactive and sorted out the worst of them quickly. I would say this property is in need of an update as it is a little tired from when we last stayed there. Things leaking, breaking etc. It wouldn't prevent us booking agin, I just hope the time and money is spent fixing the age related issues that have started to appear.

  Unsere Zeit in der Ferienwohnung war super. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir hatten unsere Tochter (2.5 Jahre) dabei und die Wohnung war dafür super geeignet. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz und alles war sehr privat. Wir hatten eine Waschmaschine, eine Spülmaschine und Netflix. Das hat uns unsere Zeit sehr erleichtert. Jederzeit wieder!
