Fantastic little apartment in superb location. The apartment is literally one minute walk to the Windsor Bridge where you can step across into the hustle and bustle of Windsor. It’s nice coming back across the bridge into Eaton as it’s much more peaceful. So many places to eat and drink in the surrounding area. Would definitely stay again..

At a top level view it’s a modern, spacious, and well equipped apartment, with easy accessibility and parking within walking distance to the main local attractions. Unfortunately though, and honestly I hate complaining, but we had some snags which put a dampener on our stay: - We were given the wrong code to the key safe, meaning we were locked outside on the hottest day of the year with a newborn baby and a dog for over an hour while we got in touch with Airbnb support to get access (because the property owners did not answer/return our calls/messages for help) - ⁠I’d also like to feedback to the property owner that there are points near the carpet beading across the property where the nails poke through, my partner and I got nicked on the foot a few times during our stay - ⁠And some minor grievances but add up given the previous points, the hand soap in the bathroom was watered down, not all the crockery was clean and there were dark spots on the towels

Great place to stay just outside of Guildford, lovely walks at whitemore common just a 5 minute drive away. Quiet area with good parking. Our high chair was missing and there was an issue with the water but both of these were fixed during our stay.

The setting is beautiful on the lake, could watch the various wildlife. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Plenty of supplies like toilet paper and kitchen towels, lots of plates and glasses etc.

We were so happy with the place from day one. After a long flight from Australia we were really pleased to be able to settle in so comfortably and use the cabin as a perfect base with no worries. Our grandkids wanted to move in permanently!!! It was so easy and well appointed. There was everything we needed and the cabin accommodated the 7 of us (and great grandads dog, George) comfortably. Thanks Alex and team for helping us have a great holiday!

This is a fantastic maisonette and we immediately felt at home. Great location and a lovely area. Had a slight toilet issue but once we had told them it was sorted very quickly.. slightly more than we wanted to pay but on the m4 corridor and the standard it was it was worth it. Thank you for looking after us for a month in between houses.

Alex's place was Perfect. The location is amazing and just a few mintues walk to the footbridge to windsor but yet still private. There is a very large park on the other side of the car park that was perfect for walking my dogs. The flat was very enjoyable and we even extended a night. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Eton.

The house and location worked well for us while we visited Wimbledon. The house was clean and fit our family well. We used ubers several times, along with uber eats twice and all of the drivers had a hard time finding the location with the listed address. We also got locked out of the house at 10 pm with all our kids. We tried for an hour to open the door with the key and it did not work. Finally, after an hour of trying we got in. When we tried to contact the hosts for help they were unavailable, we almost had to get a hotel. This was a major disappointment as we had to wake up at 4 am to queue up for Wimbledon. When we brought these challenges to our host's attention it was met with a lot of excuses. I truly hope they can figure these issues out, as they do have a nice house to offer.

True to its description, the rooms were spacious (especially if you consider London standards). Both washrooms were very well maintained. The whole place got central heating, which was very effective. All the listed amenities were available and in good condition. Would also like to add that the bed linen & towels were premium. Kew Gardens Station was a brisk 7-8 min walk away, connecting you to the London Underground & Overground. Quiet neighborhood.

Alex has been responsive and polite. We had an incident with a water leak and it was quite involved to get advice and the service company did not call back as promised. I had to chase them up at midnight only to be told to manage it until morning. I did not see the point of hiring them. Also, they said they’d sent a plumber in the afternoon and he turned up in the morning. He left and nobody followed up. I hope this is now fixed.

A mixed stay here. We had some maintenance issues including a blind in master bedroom which was broken and fully down when we arrived so the cleaning team must’ve known. Requests to get it repaired were affirmative and then didn’t happen due to some mix up apparently. We got an apology but we paid a lot of money for what we got….. The house has good furnishings etc but is definitely getting tired both inside and out in terms of paintwork. Walls upstairs by en-suite were greasy and stained. Master bedroom carpet had some stains by the window which of course we could only see with the top light on. Never did find the oven gloves. No basic toiletries supplied. Good location which was why we chose it.

Good location within walking distance to town centre. Small but comfortable accommodation. Surprisingly quiet and peaceful for centre location. On the down side the carpet in the lounge dining area was stained and grubby at the entrance to the property and there were some broken snd missing items in the kitchen.

The stay was good at Alex place in Guildford. The only thing was the outside patio area had grown up grass and was not upto the mark for usage. Our visit was during June Summer so the most missing point was fan and AC. Rest all of good to stay. Required crockery in kitchen with all amenities. We loved staying there overall for 10 days almost

The place smelled like dog and was quite dirty upon arrival. Even after an additional cleaning organized my the management company I spent 3 days cleaning to feel comfortable. Water heater was broken and it took 2 weeks to fix. Management company scheduled several surveys, which entailed a man with a clipboard walking through the house taking notes. Don’t understand why that couldn’t have been done before i arrived and after I left.

Fantastic location and a safe neighborhood with a short train ride into Waterloo, London. Great house with lots of potential. Be sure to confirm that the lawn and backyard have been serviced before you arrive. We had hoped to use the outdoors as was displayed in the photo, but the garden was overgrown with weeds and wild bushes had grown over the backyard. The service company came on the last day of our stay, so this spacious garden will benefit the next guest, for sure. The house itself had a well equipped kitchen and is very spacious and will serve a large gathering well. Property manager is easily accessible and responsive. A little bit of proactive tender loving care and maintenance will make the experience in this property close to perfect!
