  Great space for our family (2 adults, 3yr old and 6 week old). Beds were super comfy and neighbourhood was nice and quiet but a short walk to a park. 5 min drive to lovely country cafes, and a massive sainsburys close by too. I wad impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was (milk in the fridge, tea, coffee and washing up stuff was a nice touch). Only slight negative was the shower didn't work very well, but Alex was responsive and I imagine it will get fixed soon. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay and I'd recommend it.

  The house was really clean with super comfy beds and a safe enclosed garden for the kids and dog to play in. Great location with close train station into London. Quiet family friendly estate with park nearby. Unfortunately I didn't receive book in instructions, which air BnB didn't have either so took over an hour to get into the property on arrival which was frustrating after a 5 hour drive. These things happen though and once we got them the instructions were clear and helpful. There are also a fair few ants downstairs which might get worse in the summer for owner to be aware of. Was good value for money given location.

  The team at smarter rent have been absolutely phenomenal. In a very stressful relocation process they were the silver lining in our cloud. They were quick and efficient.   The smarter rent team were wonderful to deal with. We were moving country and they helped make the process for securing my short term rent was super smooth. I have two toddlers and when I arrived there were brand new baby beds with baby pillows and high chairs and all of the kitchen accessories you would need for kids - which was such a relief. When there was a plumbing issue in the house it was fixed the same day. And besides that they were all very friendly and very personable - they’d be my first port of call for future short term renting if we need it. 🙏1

  We recently rented a property in Bracknell - Flycatcher Keep as our home was under renovation. Their customer service was incredible from the moment we reached out. The property is extremely clean, organized, and well taken care of. The linens, amenities, and other details were top notch. Upon checking into the home, we were delighted to see that all the linens were beautifully pressed, the furniture was modern and functional and all appliances were new and impeccable. We had to extend a couple of more days and right away their staff assisted us with this. I highly recommend them as this experience and customer service were incredible. 🙏1

  We were impressed with 1- Quality of the furnished apartment, its accessibility to a wide garden on the Thames 2- Utilities included within our contract, quality of the furniture, good storage 3- Location that is a 3 mins walk to Richmond center, 4- and most importantly the customer care and professionalism from Smart Rent team from start to end. We had the apartment for over 5 months, i think these were the best 5 months we spent in Richmond.   The place was hard to find and not a ground floor flat like it said. However the lady at the house we thought it was at was very friendly and helpful and she actually found the right place for us, as we didn’t get a response from anyone. The flat was amazingly clean and very modern. However there was a few bits missing that would have made it perfect such as hand soap for the bathroom, shower gel and shampoo. Other than those few bits we enjoyed our stay very much. Very homely. The pub at the end of the road was amazing very dog friendly and we enjoyed the beer garden.

  The house is large and spacious and has most things you need. We had to bring our chopping board and a sharp knife to use. There is no electric car charging point (as was stated in the ad when we booked)The owner lives next door and is lovely and very helpful. The smarter rent people who manage the property were reasonable. Somethings they were quick to respond to, some things they took their time. We had a few maintenance issues during our stay. But we’re mostly managed quickly.

  Beautiful place in lovely surroundings which did fit our requirements. It was bit tricky to find though and sort out exactly where the overflow car park was. It’s a bit of a maze with the buildings looking very similar. Only one real issue with the actual venue and that was lack of a toilet on the first floor. We had one guest who did not manage stairs well and it was a trial when we were all upstairs in the evenings having to go down to the toilet. It would just have been a lot more convenient to have one on both floors It was gorgeous though being in the lake and very peaceful .

  Un séjour en famille avec des amis (4 adultes et 4 enfants). Lieu incroyable et surtout très reposant (de par sa vue et son calme). Des envolées de hérons et de cygnes (c'est majestueux), les canards viennent à votre rencontre et d'ailleurs un couple de canards nous accueillait tous les jours:) Idéal si vous recherchez la tranquillité. Le bien est également très bien situé pour rayonner ensuite autour de grandes villes telles qu'Oxford ou Bristol mais aussi pour visiter différents petits villages plein de charme. Le petit plus: l'accès gratuit au Spa et à la piscine pour un moment de détente garanti :) Si il y a un petit moins à souligner: les insectes car proche du lac. Nous vous recommandons cet endroit sans hésiter.

  We are local to the area but needed a place to stay for a week while our house got packed up, ready for our move to the USA. The house is absolutely stunning. It is so modern and clean and looked exactly like the pictures. I was desperate to enjoy a meal on the deck, but unfortunately the weather was not playing ball! We felt so comfortable throughout our stay and wished that we had been able to spend more time actually enjoying the space instead of rushing in and out every day.
