We had a great stay in Alex’s place. The house was exactly as listed, fantastic location with great view. Property had all required modern amenities with a very well equipped kitchen. Great living space with huge double height ceiling to take in the amazing view. Great balcony to relax and watch the wildlife. Downstairs the terrace with furniture was a lovely area to sit. Bathrooms were well equipped with plenty of hot water and great showers. Parking was convenient directly outside. Lower Mill Estate is a great development, well designed with a restaurant, activities hub and spa. The only downside was the gym doesn’t open until 10am but the indoor pool was great and easy to access, all included in the stay. We would highly recommend Alex’s place, spacious, modern and a view to remember, will hopefully return soon.

We stayed for 4 nights, what a great location in the heart of Eton and just off the high street. Just a 5-10 minute walk from the centre of Windsor and all that had to offer inc shops, restaurants, bars and the castle itself. We took advantage of the open top bus tour and also a 2 hour cruise on the Thames which we thoroughly recommend. We loved our stay which was to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday and thank Alex for providing a lovely place to stay and for being a great host.

The place is spacious, clean and close to town centre, which was convenient for us.The steps were not a problem for us, but finding the right flat was a bit confusing as there was no flat number on the door. I would have appreciated some basic toiletries like hand wash in the toilet but that was not a deal breaker. Got to meet the next door neighbour, they did not seem very happy about having an Airbnb next door and sort of made us feel unwelcomed. Hence we stopped using the communal garden which was not convenient because we have a dog. Having said that, the place itself is great, I would have given it a five star, if I were to only stay indoors.

Very spacious house. Good neighbourhood. Good host. However, some of the things in bathrooms need repair like broken shower, weak flush and water flow. Also there were no toiletries and some basic stuff missing. Still a great property if these things can be fixed.

* Perfectly placed * Clean We would like to give the flat 5 stars but although the inside of the flat was perfectly presented the outside to the flat is full of weeds, dirty windows with cobwebs and cigarette ends at the entrance wall. We thought that the cleaning fee for such a small flat is rather hefty.

The home is tucked away in a nice community setting that is quiet, there’s a small park in walking distance. It’s a convenient drive to local stores and activities. It was very homie, clean, well stocked with necessities to get your stay started. It was a wonderful place to stay I highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay somewhere that’s convenient but also quiet.

The lodge is lovely and our party of 6 all agreed that we thought the location and site were perfect for our needs, we did have an issue with no hot water for the first 24hrs which we did finally manage to resolve with the help from the site maintenance team. Great lodge, great location would look to stay again next year

So much not working properly. Bins full so nowhere to leave rubbish. Kitchen appliances not working. Cracked and wobbly bathroom floor tiles. Not very clean in arrival. No instructions on how to use heating. No instructions on where to park.

We had a lovely 4 night stay, lodge was situated in a lovely peaceful quiet part of Shorefield country park and a close walk to the beach. Lots of room for 8 of us and the dog. It is quite a walk to the main amenities but a short drive if you don’t fancy walking. The lodge had everything we needed, spotlessly clean, lots of storage, lovely comfortable beds and cosy bedding. Lovely outside area to sit and enjoy the sun. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the evening entertainment. Staff were friendly in the restaurant and bar areas. Thanks for a lovely stay we would definitely return.

Lovely property in a great location on the Lower Mill Estate. Lots of space and helpful extras e.g. utility and cupboard for storing coats/ equipment etc. Tip for families if staying in holiday periods - if you want to book tennis courts/ MUGA/ dinner in the lovely restaurant do that as soon as you arrive to ensure you have the slots that work for you. Great for kids with bikes too - they can cycle around the site and there are some lovely safe trails.

Great space for our family (2 adults, 3yr old and 6 week old). Beds were super comfy and neighbourhood was nice and quiet but a short walk to a park. 5 min drive to lovely country cafes, and a massive sainsburys close by too. I wad impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was (milk in the fridge, tea, coffee and washing up stuff was a nice touch). Only slight negative was the shower didn't work very well, but Alex was responsive and I imagine it will get fixed soon. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay and I'd recommend it.

The house was really clean with super comfy beds and a safe enclosed garden for the kids and dog to play in. Great location with close train station into London. Quiet family friendly estate with park nearby. Unfortunately I didn't receive book in instructions, which air BnB didn't have either so took over an hour to get into the property on arrival which was frustrating after a 5 hour drive. These things happen though and once we got them the instructions were clear and helpful. There are also a fair few ants downstairs which might get worse in the summer for owner to be aware of. Was good value for money given location.

The smarter rent team were wonderful to deal with. We were moving country and they helped make the process for securing my short term rent was super smooth. I have two toddlers and when I arrived there were brand new baby beds with baby pillows and high chairs and all of the kitchen accessories you would need for kids - which was such a relief. When there was a plumbing issue in the house it was fixed the same day. And besides that they were all very friendly and very personable - they’d be my first port of call for future short term renting if we need it. 🙏1

We recently rented a property in Bracknell - Flycatcher Keep as our home was under renovation. Their customer service was incredible from the moment we reached out. The property is extremely clean, organized, and well taken care of. The linens, amenities, and other details were top notch. Upon checking into the home, we were delighted to see that all the linens were beautifully pressed, the furniture was modern and functional and all appliances were new and impeccable. We had to extend a couple of more days and right away their staff assisted us with this. I highly recommend them as this experience and customer service were incredible. 🙏1

We were impressed with 1- Quality of the furnished apartment, its accessibility to a wide garden on the Thames 2- Utilities included within our contract, quality of the furniture, good storage 3- Location that is a 3 mins walk to Richmond center, 4- and most importantly the customer care and professionalism from Smart Rent team from start to end. We had the apartment for over 5 months, i think these were the best 5 months we spent in Richmond. I would use Smart Rent when we come back to Richmond - highly recommended and a special thank you to Adrian and Abbie 🙏1
