  The place was hard to find and not a ground floor flat like it said. However the lady at the house we thought it was at was very friendly and helpful and she actually found the right place for us, as we didn’t get a response from anyone. The flat was amazingly clean and very modern. However there was a few bits missing that would have made it perfect such as hand soap for the bathroom, shower gel and shampoo. Other than those few bits we enjoyed our stay very much. Very homely. The pub at the end of the road was amazing very dog friendly and we enjoyed the beer garden.

  The house is large and spacious and has most things you need. We had to bring our chopping board and a sharp knife to use. There is no electric car charging point (as was stated in the ad when we booked)The owner lives next door and is lovely and very helpful. The smarter rent people who manage the property were reasonable. Somethings they were quick to respond to, some things they took their time. We had a few maintenance issues during our stay. But we’re mostly managed quickly.

  We really enjoyed our stay in Eton. The flat was easy to find, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was in the perfect location for enjoying both Eton and Windsor. Communication with the host was easy. We would love to stay again.

  Beautiful place in lovely surroundings which did fit our requirements. It was bit tricky to find though and sort out exactly where the overflow car park was. It’s a bit of a maze with the buildings looking very similar. Only one real issue with the actual venue and that was lack of a toilet on the first floor. We had one guest who did not manage stairs well and it was a trial when we were all upstairs in the evenings having to go down to the toilet. It would just have been a lot more convenient to have one on both floors It was gorgeous though being in the lake and very peaceful .

  Un séjour en famille avec des amis (4 adultes et 4 enfants). Lieu incroyable et surtout très reposant (de par sa vue et son calme). Des envolées de hérons et de cygnes (c'est majestueux), les canards viennent à votre rencontre et d'ailleurs un couple de canards nous accueillait tous les jours:) Idéal si vous recherchez la tranquillité. Le bien est également très bien situé pour rayonner ensuite autour de grandes villes telles qu'Oxford ou Bristol mais aussi pour visiter différents petits villages plein de charme. Le petit plus: l'accès gratuit au Spa et à la piscine pour un moment de détente garanti :) Si il y a un petit moins à souligner: les insectes car proche du lac. Nous vous recommandons cet endroit sans hésiter.

  We are local to the area but needed a place to stay for a week while our house got packed up, ready for our move to the USA. The house is absolutely stunning. It is so modern and clean and looked exactly like the pictures. I was desperate to enjoy a meal on the deck, but unfortunately the weather was not playing ball! We felt so comfortable throughout our stay and wished that we had been able to spend more time actually enjoying the space instead of rushing in and out every day. Alex was very responsive and helpful with any queries we had. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thank you Alex!

  Beautiful location! Very spacious too for 5 adults and 1 infant. Although the photos clearly showed a highchair but we were told beforehand that a baby cot and high chair was unavailable. To our surprise there was a high chair and 2 cots stored in the utilities. Just a few flickering light bulbs too. Otherwise a very peaceful clam relaxing stay!

  Lovely house with amazing views and in a lovely peaceful setting with great facilities- we walked, cycled, played tennis, used the Spa and had a lot of fun. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and was so nice we ate in all the time and made the most of the great view - would definitely recommend and would definitely come back 🙂

  There is no dishwasher, which I didn't realize when booking. There was human and animal hair under the sofa cushions The floor of the house is very old, and you wake up from the squeak when someone walks upstairs. There is no place to hang towels in the bathroom. You can put the towel either on the floor or on the toilet. The equipment in the kitchen was sufficient. We had no problems with parking
